It is very easy to use and is like having a part time employee helping you out!
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good is very user friendly and easy to use. You can figure out very quickly how to get the information you need from the system. And, if you can't figure it out on your own, the company has a wonderful customer service department staffed by qualified experts who are willing to help you out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure this is a true downside of the platform, but they offer so many terrific training sessions and webinars with tips and tricks on how to fundraise successfully for your organization, that I find I don't always have the time to participate in every one of them. But the nice part of this is that they will send you a recording of the session or webinar for you to look at when its convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good provides the user with very useful data on their donors and the gifts they give. This data has allowed me to create campaigns that reflect our donors interests and passions and this, in turn, has helped us raise more money!
Great Product!!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like my Personal Fundraising Coach! She is personable, exciting and so friendly and helpful. I also like their platform as it is very easy to maneuver around and create things you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I have found a little difficult is getting through the documents to find answers to questions. I know there is someone I could chat with quickly as well, but I like to find answers on my own too. It would be more helpful if all the documents are available as searchable documents. I feel like these are minimal issues though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a very small organization currently without a Foundation or someone to help raise money. It is all on me. We are revitalizing our Foundation Board and I hope they will help out more but with the Network for Good Platform, it is all at my fingertips. The ability to create and print reports, send thank-yous, create and manage campaigns, everything. I have figured this out on my own (just because that is the type of person I am and NOT because Network for Good isn't available for assistance), I am just saying it is that easy!! Raising money isn't really in my job description or wasn't a big expectation for me but I just made it one and I believe that once I get everything going on the same track, I will be very successful at this!
Awesome support and training!
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good has the highest level of support I've encountered in donor management. They are friendly and quick and provide an immense amount of related webinar training to answer any question.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a big commitment for a small nonprofit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG has increased our donor relations and given us new tools to engage donors and strengthen our fundraising. The free fundraising training is second to none.
Network for Good provides exceptional support and guidance for fundraising efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy and creative ways to communicate
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports don't always give me what I need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good makes it easier for donors to donate online, I can communicate with them via email and fun videos, and I did a year-end appeal for the first time that brought in more than $11,000 thanks to Network for Good walking me through the steps.

Our NFG Fundraising Coach Is a Rock Star!
What do you like best about the product?
NFG provides immediate feedback, troubleshooting & technical expertise without making our small organization feel inept. Our fundraising coach, Chany, provided exceptional consultation with pragmatic steps, goals & guidelines. She understands our unique "small but mighty" non-profit and did all her research to provide the best outcomes. Every suggestion she made was "spot on" and our Board of Directors was so impressed with her depth of knowledge. Under her guidance, we launched our most successful 10-day campaign, following the templates and targeted marketing campaign outlined by NFG. Wow! Gave us the confidence to skills to take our development to a whole new level!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the tools for designing newsletters were easier to navigate. Some of the features are not at all user-friendly for customization. NFG is an excellent platform for fundraising but not ideal for desktop publishing. However, there's a learning curve to everything, and as we become more familiar with the tools, our skills will improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have completely changed the way we look at fundraising. In the past, we felt like we were "bothering" and "nagging" our potential donors, and with the NFG system, particularly with our amazing fundraising coach, Chany, we have learned to toot our own horn, in an appropriate way; to share our story and recognize that our story is compelling!
Love NFG
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good is easy to use, a complete package allowing us to communicate with donors and non-donors alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found anything we don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NFG has taken our fundraising to new levels. We have raised more funding in the past year than in previous years, all by following the ease of NFG templates and pages we are able to create.
Hands Down the Best Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is better than I've had with ANY other company for ANY other product...and it isn't even close.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few little things that could probably be tweaked to improve the product a little. Example: if a husband and wife have separate database entries, and one gives, that spouse that DOESNT give will pull up in reports of non-givers. It'd be good to have a way to link those...that said, there is a workaround in creating a group called "Giving Spouse" and tagging that spouse to be in that group and then you can exclude giving spouse as a group when you pull non-givers. But it's little stuff like that. All in all, this is AMAZING.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gratitude expression. We always struggled with saying thank you to donors, but this makes it SO easy. And being able to segment the mailing list and send targeted emails is SO essential.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You don't have to think twice. Network for Good is WELL worth the price and will be a great resource for any small- to medium-sized nonprofit.
Great CRM and events platform
What do you like best about the product?
The software is extremely intuitive and easy to use. We love the regular updates to customer addresses, etc. Newsletter feature is excellent and easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Donation payouts take too long, especially for smaller orgs. We're still waiting on the majority of the donations we made for an event that closed on March 6th.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our fundraising has gone up every year since we started with Network for Good instead of our standard ticketing CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Especially if you are a smaller organization, this product is a must. We operate our entire process around it.
