Great source for data base collection.

Great visual, centralized location for data collection and accessible to more than one individual.

Running reports is sometimes confusing and not easy.

No problems. A benefit is that the information is at the tip of our fingers.
Great customer service, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create campaigns and share them easily; Ability to run custom reports; Fundraising Coach
What do you dislike about the product?
The Fiscal Year filter doesn't work, you have to use custom date; No ability to note recurring donations offline except with custom fields (cumbersome); separate ability to track volunteer hours and convert to monetary value would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where the money comes from, what speaks to most people. We have increased our giving income by being able to more easily track and thank our donors.
Comprehensive and intuitive platform for donation mgt

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Small scale companies might find it useful.
Network for Good is Top Notch
What do you like best about the product?
NFG keeps all of my records in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
NFG does not send donations immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find out which parts of our mission are most important to supporters. That helps with Donor retention.
So easy to use, yet so nuanced in operation
What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good is an extremely intuitive-to-learn platform that packs a surprisingly sophisticated set of services into its affordable platform. Customer service is outstanding: always quick and comprehensive in their replies. Plus, they have an extensive suite of pre-recorded and live training videos, that cover just about anything you might be looking to learn. The Network for Good platform provides exactly the donation processing, donor stewardship, CRM database management, and donor reporting services our nonprofit organization needs, at a very competitive price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it were easier to manually suppress individual donors from specific mailing lists. Possible to do so through well-thought-through list-pulls, but wish it could be done with the click of a button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're segmenting our donors and tracking email engagement rates, as well as now also communicating with our donors through direct text message. We've increased the number of our individual donors by over 215% YOY, thanks to Network for Good's CRM system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how many 'bells and whistles' you need and will actually use against the price of the software/apps you're considering. You'll likely find that Network for Good is the best value, by far.
We Love Network for Good!
What do you like best about the product?
The way all of my donor and program data is stored in the same place. Which makes emails contact and end of year giving really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Some of the donor letter/ physical mail software is a little clunky, but they're always making improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our communication and organization of donors and sponsors have improved. I really like the video messages.
Network for Good has made our fundraising efforts so much easier and well rounded!
What do you like best about the product?
We like communicating with our donors through email, video, and text. It is also great for seeing all forms of contact in one spot when you search a household.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting through data can be a little tricky. It would be better if the categories were alphabetized when creating filters. We are not that good at using the household feature and combine people with the same address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good helps us solve the problem of making sure our donors feel known and appreciated. The fundraising page customization is great! our donations have increased tremendously since using Network for Good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We highly recommend Network for Good. It is easy to navigate and track donors as well as communicate effectively.
user friendly for everyone and accessible customer service team
What do you like best about the product?
all NFG platforms are user-friendly for people with all computer skill levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filters are the most difficult to learn, and there is no way to accept funds directly on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep better donor records because we fundraise via campaign pages and event pages that all talk to each other. We also just started using the auction platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its an excellent option and should be on your list for a close to an all-in-one platform for your organization.
User-friendly. There is a good amount of space for user accessibility.
What do you like best about the product?
I very much like the Donor Management System that Network For Good supplies. It is a powerful piece of software that enables the user to run various analytics and KPIs for internal review. Donor management is a fundamental factor in the growth and maintenance of revenue and retention in the nonprofit industry. NFG provides an intuitive platform for donor management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Events and fundraising pages are places that need work. I understand that there is an option for a paid version of the events, however it is a steep bill when held alongside the existing subscription price. There is not much room for stylistic or aesthetic creativity. One is able to customize fundraising pages a little further if they have a working knowledge of HTML, however, in all, I would say that the fundraising pages section of the software is not friendly to small or medium nonprofits that do not have the proper funds or human capital.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping solve the problem of donor relationship management through network for good. It is fundamental that a nonprofit organization has processes in place to retrieve donations, log them, and then follow up with the donors. One of the benefits that we have realized is a sharp increase in our donor retention rate. The communications function of the software enables donor recognition at both small and large scales.
I Love Network for Good!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing donations, seeing where they come from, which campaign works best, and contacting donors
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was a bit easier to make custom and individual emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had much better ability to contact donors, and we are able to separate them into groups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has really helped us to keep track of our donations and to communicate with the public.
