Collaborative Space for everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone in the organisation can collaborate in one single space. With Confluence you can eliminate communication gaps. You can add documents, images, videos, and custom Html elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the count of spaces increases then it lacks the user friendly UI to navigate. A more convenient UI could help navigation to different project and spaces easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place solution to store design documents and discussion. Sprint planning and reviews, release planning and timelines. Everything releated to software development is stored in one place for dev, design, PO and testers to collaborate effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use confluence to eliminate Communication gaps and move discussion from emails to confluence to have a better visibility and back tracking medium.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to export to PDF and Word, easy linking across pages, search function
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding and managing macros is cumbersome, same for filters

Large volume of information sharing across the company and with external third parties
A wiki tool with a great collaborative capacity
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool both visually and functionally; its user interface is reasonably practical, and everything is very well organized in it; functionally, it is excellent, it allows us to have a centralized environment where all users can store and share documents and information with other users and even visualize and collaborate on documents if desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that it is not possible to visualize the changes that a colleague can make in a document in real-time; if we are both making changes at the same time, it tends to create confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has allowed my work team and everyone in the organization to have an environment where flowing information and collaborating on documents is quite simple; it has positively impacted our day-to-day. Confluence is very easy to use; it is simple to store and share wikis and other valuable resources for work teams to move forward in their activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is excellent for any work team to share an environment where information can flow and store documents of their processes and activities with the possibility of sharing it with other users if desired. Another excellent quality is that it easily integrates with other tools.
Project Management with Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence helps you maintain project documents on the cloud, and it has many good features which also helps to report to stakeholders, e.g. integration with JIRA etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes confluence gets too overwhelming for people to use; working with tables is complicated and lastly, making baseline gets tricky

Confluence is good with managing documents, reporting

The stucture of confluence, that we can create pages, subpages and find everything in an easy way

I like confluence, it is quite easy to use, i can't mention something that i don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use confluence in my work, I make pages, subpages, write remarks and results of my work there

Everyone can use it, it is very convienent

What do you like best about the product?
A large number of integrations and plugins is the most valuable part of Confluence. Users can export in various formats (pdf, docx, etc). It is possible to scale confluence from a small team to big enterprise. All good with collaboration as the main functionality: great permissions system, version control, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self-hosted version support will end. A lot of effort is needed to migrate to the cloud version. The price for a big team will also go up. Sometimes plugins are not up to date with the most recent version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and collaborating on overall company documentation and software projects. Keeping every piece of information in one space and good collaboration tools makes it consistent across the organization.

If your team is small (<5 people), you can consider something more simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have hierarchical view of documents , ability to tag comment on document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text editor is very basic and needs more functionality , the ui is very basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal Wiki for organisation. The benefits to document everything about technical and business aspects of development.
Good Info Storage
What do you like best about the product?
It has a good way of designing pages for great information sharing that is useful for both processes & knowledge sharing--which are all important for any sized organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formulas and the options it gives you to edit a page are limited. There's a lot of third party options but that can be difficult to find sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving information sharing and creating a space for documentation. We've benefited from Confluence's large set of info it can hold
User friendly and easy to create/store document related to company, team and project

it is very user friendly and also linked to JIRA which make things even better
What do you dislike about the product?
a suggestion would be to allow more HTML control in the document creation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
team coordination and document management for technical debts

I like that we are able to edit information and update the latest news on any subject
What do you dislike about the product?
keywords at the search bar are sometimes difficult to find- I wish it were more accurate when entering keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping a log of any information pertaining any course we sell is a big step in keeping everyone within the company informed
