What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the product. Building out documentation is exponentially easier with Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the analytics of pages that require an additional subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence provides a one-stop-shop for all of our company documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way i collaborate and share Knowledge efficiently with my internal teams. I really am able to document things and processes very well that can be shared across organizations. I am really able to note down project requirements and efficiently track the progess.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could have a higher level of integrations within Confluence to bring in data from different sources of CRM and marketing tools which are basics of our company's marketing team. Would be great if there are automation available at this end to automate few project requirement check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the way how we collaborate within teams and across teams to have clear visibility of what we are up to and what are the requirements from another team. Sharing knowledge and processes with other team and sharing the TAT with another team to have clear visibility of bandwidth

Amazing Project management and Documentation software

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part is that the documents are in Tree Knowledge format, and after taking the overview any person can directly move to the subheader they are interested in. Also, it saves a lot of time while giving KTs to new joiners, as they can easily go through the documentation and directly start working without much knowledge or time lapse. Confluence removes dependencies on certain people and helps in the easy flow of knowledge across team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature discoverability can be improved and feedback on existing documentation format is something that would help new beginners get over their writing blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Confluence to write documentation of all the important projects, tag the participants, attach a goal tracker (which can be an excel sheet or google doc), list down priorities and roadmap execution strategies. The Co-founders or Project Managers can view and get a clear understanding of the team's work and understand where each resource's bandwidth is occupied.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence encourages team participation and collaboration while also acting as central storage for all major PRDs. In confluence, multiple team members can contribute to documenting their tasks with minimum lag. All in all, this is a highly recommendable tool for documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access all the user stories and requirements I need to review at one place. All documents can be sorted with version control and easy to navigate with keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
For complex projects if version control fir documents is not done properly it can be difficult to find the required information quickly but again it is something that goes to the tech writers as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it on day to day basis to accomplish testi g in digital projects. All the project documents, meeting notes, user stories for a particular sprint are stored at Confluence. It provides all the mockups and versions of any requirements at one place. New additions/updates are notified. It is integrated with JIRA as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to navigate but difficult to master. So needs some practice.

What do you like best about the product?
Using macros, you can transform any usual document with data to really powerful workspace for collaboration between several departments involved into creation of the same product. Lots of integrations possible is also a great deal. Sharing information across teammates wasn't ever so easy and convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the layout isn't really optimal (in comparison with so common MS Word / Google Docs)
Also in my opinion more calculation functions needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Checkaso we use Atlassian infrastructure (Jira + Confluence), so it's really of use to proceed with flexible methodology work processes, sharing documents and link sprint tasks with its technical requirements and results

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is its reputation, brand presence, excellent and easy-touse UI/UX and efficient workflow management feature with which we can manage our tasks wisely, automate workflows, share files and insights and integrate with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing documents simultaneously needs a bit of improvement, where one can see and retain his changes while the other person makes his own. The usage absed pricing, if a little lesser, could be helpful for adoption at large scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: Workflow management, Task management all at one place
Benefits realized: Better efficiency, Better productivity; Higher visibility; Real-time collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The feature to use it for documentation is very useful for beginners as well as experienced to learn how to use the product and also senior developers and architects can share the best practices over there and everyone in organisation can easily learn from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good however the feature to search thingd over the confluence can be improved as sometimes users face some difficulty in searching the specific content that is useful for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it for reading the documents over there for Learning how the product is used and the features about it. I also use it sometimes for following the best and suggested practices for development.

Collaborative documentation work and company wiki
What do you dislike about the product?
The reliance on third-party add-ons for many advanced features, but also for complementing and completing the functionality of some basic features. Atlassian should follow up more on reasonable requests to upgrade existing basic functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usage for reporting on various information sources in confluence quickly reaches its limits without third-party add-ons.

Confluence for training

What do you like best about the product?
Make a repository of training materials. This allows all employees to refer and learn the same material. It also allows multiple logins to edit the content. We can also enable alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is nothing. What can be improved is the look and feel and maybe the navigation page by page. Another suggestion would be e to give hyperlinks two other content are social media sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problems companies face are to give training and store the training specific documents in some repository. That is solved by confluence. Now there is no need to go behind a person to give training but just give access to confluence and the link to access it.
