True Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We can create, share, and collaborate on content, add notes and chat conversations to document , and do project and task mgmt through the application.
Great document sharing tool in entrprise tool.
Its a web base as well as mobile app which makes it more handy.
Ability to create a space and page.its support Page hierarchy and Spaces
Most liked feature is integration with GitHub, Office365 and Google drive

What do you dislike about the product?
its a great tool and if Atlassian remove some complixty it will become "The tool for Wiki"

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a internal wiki for us. multiple teams and individuals can create, share and edit document at same time.
its a wiki which manges own version control for update document and provides out of box information like who created and edited document what was change etc.
In short we are using this Confluence space for documentation.

Very efficient tool for team collaboration and centralized workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a very well designed tool by Atlassian, which helps teams to have common workspace with knowledge sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though pros can easily outweigh cons, I personally feel Confluence needs a better way of searching and recently it became little slower for day to day usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said before, our team use it for managing multiple SOPs or Procedure documents which is commonly used by multiple vendors.

The navigation is what I don't like, it's pretty tricky for newcomers to learn.

Since we are a tech company we require a lot of brainstorming,phrasing and documenting which can easily be done using Confluence.

What do you like best about the product?
What I Like Most About the Confluence tool is making documentation in a proper format. This is the most amazing tool for any type of document which is created by the user and that documentation will help the new user understand to understand any product that is in development or already made in progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I most dislike about the tool is writing the Test cases documentation manually because automation is not available in this tool. This is the most difficult thing to write test cases manually and executed them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the questions related to any type of documentation or attachments which is not applied sometimes in this tool. I think that is the most valuable part of this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I surely recommend the Confluence tool to everyone because it is most useful for the documentation of the product and users will definitely ease the use of this tool with some of its amazing features in the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence gives a secure way of sharing knowledge points between team members and collaborating on projects. It also has various dependable plugins from the parent company Atlassian.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of plugins to choose from and it can sometimes be confusing to find the one that best suits our needs. This consumes lots of time. However the recommendations are usually sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using confluence to collaborate on our project with team members that are based on different geographical locations and spread across various domains. This saves lots of time.

It's easy enough to create, organize, and maintain different UX artifacts for different project spaces.

Still somewhat clunky with the integration to other UX design tools.

One of the best feature of confluence is that anyone in the team can contribute to document repository sharing and handling, also we can see when and who made changes.
It provides some inbuilt features like creating tables that can contain custom details and data of any formats.

It should enhance its searching ability, more precise search result can attract more users towards It.
Customer support is also not that helpful you have to guide youself with some blogs and internet searches.

Working for a project having onshore and offshore team I along with my team contain centralized shared data on confluence that whole team has access to. We change it timeley and use it as our centralized raposatory.
One of the best document and document version management tools I have seen forever.

I can easily manage document versions, and comment and share with others. Can import docs, best searching options.

Need some categories document. Also sometimes problems when importing docs to confluence. It's sometimes give us unwanted search result

What do you like best about the product?
It's something like accessing a file by a group of people. I love it because all updates my pages to update everyone in my group regarding the latest product builds. I also use it to write the requirements of the features we worked on and share them with the QA team to confirm that we are in the same line.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly I don't find anything to dislike about this application personally. But I find an annoying thing when I try to edit a page, the whole page gets reloads and as a user experience, I felt that disturbs my eyes and brain.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the Best things about confluence is that everyone like that is we can easily manage our documents in a proper format, that we can share or access the within the whole organization or with any specific team. just record any things and upload it once and after that, it can easily be available for all the person.it is easily integrated with Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any negative things because I am using it for only KT videos and for sharing documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for making weekly videos of my task and uploading them on confluence and once the video is approved then it is available for the whole team.
