Excellent tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I can do planning, reporting, capture minutes of meetings, draw flowcharts, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Licence cost can be reduced. It is a bit costly compared to other tools

Project progress tracking and communication with all stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, we can track history, I can upload video as well in the page still it is lightweight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have more customisation feature and if it will ad the feature for designing architecture for software then it will be the best one

All my documents are at one place and it has the hierarchy so it's very easy for everyone manage and even use any document they want

What do you like best about the product?
You can create multiple pages, main pages and subpages to be able to track every partner and their subpartners. You can keep data and give access to the correct person by selecting correct places to display.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easy to adjust the pages. When adding tables, and when organizing things on the page, it creates some issues. And sometimes due to huge data, it creates lags on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for trainings and to track the all process of our workload.

What do you like best about the product?
Atlassian Confluence has been used in our business as a project documentation manager. It has features that make everything easier such as its roadmaps, interface design, technology, templates, integrations with third party tools, among others. I like that we can centralize all the documentation, share it with other users and collaborate in a practical way on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike in its collaborative part is that changes are not reflected in real time, it is problematic for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlassian Confluence is a great wiki-oriented tool for our organization, especially within our project management because of its efficiency in dealing with project documentation. It is very good for us to be able to centralize all documentation in one place. Another aspect to highlight is its ability to complement other tools and the facilities it provides for communication between colleagues.

It is an excellent tool to communicate, collaborate and above all centralize documentation in one place with a unique efficiency, that only a highly efficient wiki tool could offer. Recommended.
Great business documentation tool and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that yoi can create a document tree. It helps you organise documents quite well. Also, the text formatting options are very easy to use and developer friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks advanced features when you compare it to Microsoft Word.

Its helping us to maintain a single stop store for developer solution. Team members can easily search and find information that they are looking for. Helps maitain documents version as well.
Confluence, Excellent management to documents!
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence made the entry of data simple and easy. We can easily make efficient and elegant headings. They help us to make connections through the links. It is a simple place for all of our documentation. They help us to break the communication barriers so that we can keep a record of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to navigate as some of the users complain that confluence is difficult to learn right away. A major issue we have to face while using confluence is that we cannot edit the documents when someone else is editing them. Although we can access the document and save it, we are unable to see the changes occurring in the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent knowledge-based tool. They help us to make documentation in the proper format. It is an amazing platform to create any type of document according to the client's demand. We can easily create engineering specs and it is very easy to share it with friends. Their rich text editor provides us with various formatting options which we can add to our documents and make them elegant.

The program also allows you to create, organize and monitor tasks, as well as comment and edit them in real time. It integrates seamlessly with other applications such as Google drive, which is widely used among employees. Being able to track files uploaded to the program is perfect, so I know who opened it and who edited it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the mobile version should be improved, because it does not have all the functions of its web version, it is only limited to the basic tools. The program is protected under a role structure that, although it protects the documents very well, makes the work difficult, since not only the documents, but also the users must be authorized. But in general terms, the program is very outstanding and every small error we have detected has been solved by the technical team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software so that our remote and office employees can easily find all the information they need for their daily work. We love the program because you can upload any type of files, videos, audios, documents, pdf and more, quickly. Also the hierarchical way in which all the information is organized makes it much easier to find the documents we need.

This is a great tool for all remote work teams in companies to work synchronized without problems or delays. It is ideal for remote work teams or teams with many people working on the same project. Our teams and departments work faster and more efficiently, so we are sure that any company will be happy to have this program.
