What do you dislike about the product?
Some times updation of information after page edit is not seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily work driver, documents preparation, requirement documentation
Great place to document SOP's and PRD's
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Confluence is that it auto-formats links into shortened button-like UI and also sets the alignment of the content like a blog. The same document can be shared and edited by multiple users as per the access assigned by document creator, which helps to ensure integrity of the document. Also, who last edited and when is displayed at the top right, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If at all there is anything to dislike about Confluence, it is the fact that there is no option to convert the Confluence doc directly to a PPT for sharing outside the organisation. This is something that we have felt when trying to share the document with external influencers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We document all Standard Operating Procedures, Product Requirement Documents, Product Release Documents, Login Credentials etc. in different categories of documents on Confluence, which ensures an organisation-wide untampered record of all logs and processes.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has a fun and clean interface. the app is helpful for when I am on the go as well to be able to work without my laptop. It allows for emojis, useful layouts, etc. The jira connections also make it helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge sometimes is getting adoption to confluence, but once people start they don't stop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping the organization as a whole get alignment. Comment functionality also helps.
Review on Confluence Wiki
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence provides best in calss integrations with all the tools like Gliffy and all the Atlassian tools. We can use macros to customizes pages. Confluence is like a wiki where we can store all the documentaion
What do you dislike about the product?
Plugins are charged based on Confluence user license base. If you want to use plugin like Gliffy just for 10 people and if your Confluence license is 3000 users then you will have to purchase Gliffy for 3000 users. Plugin lincensing pattern is worst.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always store meeting points, technical documentations, KT docs in Confluence. It's user-friendly.
Confluence as a web based corporate wikipedia.
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence helps to keep all documents related to several topics in one location. Instead of storing several documents on the drive you can create pages and divide them into separate categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of pages will keep increasing over a period of time and it will get difficult to manage them. Every department will have a separate homepage and overall it can get confusing to know what is stored where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is a powerful collaborative editor as it gives you the power to create meeting notes, project plans, and product requirements, at the same time as other users are editing and see all the changes at once.
Documentation Management
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is perfect irrespective of whether you are a beginner or a professional. It is an amazing documentation management tool. Easy to share with your team and colleagues. Access control is one of the key features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be made more economical so that it addresses an even wider reach audience. Apart from that, it is almost as good as one can expect the tool to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative editing enables teams to work together on a document at the same time in addition to these changes being made in real-time. Can be used for documentation in multiple file formats.
Confluence : A Great Documentation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence has made Documentation and Knowledge sharing among colleagues really efficient and simple. I could attach documents and links and create Nested Pages for the organising of all the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature should be improved, More precise and better results and could introduce some
features like advanced search according to Strings with Special Characters or Search according to Regular Expression. There should have been an Autosave feature for updating the page in Real-time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped in knowledge sharing across different teams and business units of a product and more. The accessibility to the pages can be restricted on the basis of user authentication and rights provided to a team. Creating Different Child Pages under a Parent page is really helpful for organizational purposes.
Modern look, ease of use, some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have a nicely organized space that is perfect for internal documentation of processes, tools, product knowledge and so on, that an organization will surely use. It's good to create an ecosystem of pages, easy to link to one another and not to mention, to Jira tickets. It has some more advanced capabilities, meaning extras that you can add in a page, like expandable sections, table of contents, jira filter (which will dynamically always update, which I find super useful for when I'm documenting a product feature and there are bugs related to it), templates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain things are annoying when writing and trying to format text just the way you want it, or are probably possible but not easy to find out how to do it. I don't always find all I want in the inserts, but I agree there's a nice variety there nevertheless (for example I wanted a "get back to top" arrow kind of button, but there's none, though maybe you could do some workaround with the anchors insert). Anyway, not "deal breaking".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the company transition everything from Google Docs and completely unorganized folders and documents, to nice department spaces, categories, subcategories etc.
Best for documentation and knowledge sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, necessary for a company to organize its documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
It's search index. It's hard to find something unless you know exact title of the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation in one place, easy to organize by spaces and teams. restriction on pages
Keeping documents in order
What do you like best about the product?
You can create a page for your whole team and you can search for a keyword within the all documents you saved in confluence.
And the team is also able to reach and share urls
And the team is also able to reach and share urls
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing, while editing a page, you cannot see the other pages you have already saved or listed on the left panel. You need to open them in another tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a know-how drive for our work so that every team member is able to reach.
Also, we have created a page for each of our client and we keep the details like credentials and creating dates
