Confluence is the perfect place for documentation and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of confluence is that I can use pre-made templates on projects, that act both as guides and make the documentation process much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a meta page where you could see all confluence spaces in one page with the latest updates, kind of like a daily overview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence allows me to collaborate with the rest of the team when we are all working remotely. It helps with agility and efficiency.
Easy to use, lots of options on pages
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating new pages. There are so many options when editing pages to make easy to understand and utilize articles. The ticketing system is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I had to click around and explore to figure out all of the options that I could use. I wish there was an easy walkthrough on use beyond just clicking around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped me create better training and process articles, versus just using a word processor. I like how I am able to make the articles look nicer and they are more accessible to everyone.
Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the information that I need is in one place and all I need to do to locate it is simply search. It's like Google for work information, and I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike much about the app, maybe the look of it may be a bit bland. I think it would be nice to see it with a few skins that you can choose personally for background etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues concerning me not having all the information I may need by providing me with pages of information I need to locate what I need in order to answer queries efficiently.
Good place to manage content and create a corporate wiki
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Confluence organizes the content, how you can create it without losing track, and mostly how the content list works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like certain features (like organizing tables) not to be paid. Other competitors have it without having to pay more. Also the UI for the final user could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Can create a page for each meeting that I have with my team and tag people's names on the page (so they receive notifications/updates for the page). Can get a notification for when a page is edited. Good for in-house documentation (wiki).
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are a lot of pages in a category tree, it's hard to find a page. You can use the search bar, but the search bar isn't helpful for pages whose titles have been renamed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In-house documentation for processes in the company (e.g. onboarding processes, workflows, etc).
Best Tool for Corporate Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a powerful collaborative editor as it gives you the power to create meeting notes, project plans, product requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a tough competition. But still the best tool out there is Confluence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my team to doument their work, solve the queries and have a practical approach to solving issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It has great features that i like personally are inbuilt templates for all kind of documents such as meeting notes, project plan, produt documents, etc. And integration with gmail, google calendar is add on.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such nothing to dislikes everything seems good

My organisation, my QA team and i using it for purpose of all maintaining all offical docs such as SOP, org data details, etc.
Enterprise Level Wiki
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is one of the prominent enterprise-level wiki platforms where we can document anything and everything related to the process being implemented. It is very easy and convenient to create, maintain and continuously improve documentation using Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several limitations to the free plan of Confluence so to get the full functionality, you might have to go with a payment plan. Otherwise, there is nothing specific to dislike in Confluence as it served the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the documents that need to be created during the Discovery and Design phase of implementing the RPA projects we worked on were created on Confluence for easy accessibility and version control.
Very useful business tool

capability to create documents with flexibility and monitoring.

Macro content is sometimes not indexed properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing better experience on shared documentation , this is very helpful in the BAU.

Confluence page is very good option to put all important and common information together which can evryone access and can found to all any time.

Can secure it privatised it. Or can't put role wise access.

We can share all projects details with single link of confluence. We found something useful in future we can kept store as information in it.
