Great tool, but falls short on automation and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It helps bring together all the documents and notes in one space. This way everything is organized, you can use labels and colored elements to make it easier to find and read things (not a boring black and white document).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality and automation is really frustrating and hard to understand and implement for an average user. One needs to spend considerable amount of time reading blogs and help articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep all our meetings, decisions, PRD, sprints, outside documents - all in one place, rather then in different spaces. This way a project manager is well-equipped and organized.
Easy to keep track and Create Documents.
What do you like best about the product?
The structure and functionalities for creating documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some inserts don't let you add another insert inside of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They keep improving the UI/UX to make it easier to build documents.
Beautifully laid out software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and flow of information. Having multiple admins able to update information on the fly is pivotal to our use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter anything that I find to be negative
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to get information out quickly, this was a no-brainer for us. We are daily updating our data, and it works flawlessly
Confluence is both super powerful and super cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to format tables in unlimited ways to share information collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Completely unfriendly to mobile, and tables are just that--static, unlinked, so that one change to a repeated piece of information has to be updated everyone else manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is allowing us to use other tools like Drawio and Github and Jira in very integrated ways.
Confluence avaliation
What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that allows the same integration of people as Miro, however, with the use of pages, not plates. We were able to attach the meetings via links and we left the flowcharts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about confluence is that we always need to be logging in to edit the panels, it's hard to stay connected to the site. We also have few options for editing the panels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is currently being used as a library at my company. There, we store our learning content and share work information. Performance had a big increase as we got organized and gained time.
Works great for Customer success Journey tracking and case updating.
What do you like best about the product?
Is seamless and intuitive. Just lacks the simplicity and user friendly feel like salesforce and reporting modules available. For small firms its great but as the team grows, definitely need to upgrade to Totango and or Salesforce for corporate wide visibility and more granular options for forecasting, reporting and quote generation etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
no reporting, tabular formatting and granular capabilities. All notes are populated in buckets which can lead to misalignment and missing appropriate info specifically related to one account. There is no option to see all primary contact info, email, tel and other info as in like with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and Customer success tracking including support dept. Cost effective licensing model before company goes with Salesforce eventually hopefully sooner than later.
Better manage your organizational data and files with Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface to navigate multiple files and information and organise them basis teams and projects.
Integration with other flow-chart tools to create and save flow diagrams within confluence.
Integration with other flow-chart tools to create and save flow diagrams within confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
No good search options; if files are not organised correctly, it becomes difficult to retrieve them later. Minimal options with the styling of pages and addition of tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single repository for managing business files, presentations, and training resources at a single location.
Creating flowcharts for campaign logic with confluence templates.

Organize all your information in just one place
What do you like best about the product?
The capacity that Confluence offers to organize and edit documentation online is great. It is also an amazing tool for creating documents and then sharing them with team members to view and collaborate.
My top 2 things I enjoy are:
1. Being able to organize information to my liking
2. Getting ideas and knowledge out of peoples' heads and shared
3. Templates!!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, searching for a specific document or topic is not as easy as you may think. I have had times when I need to use over 5 keywords to finally find what I was looking for, which can be time-consuming. There is also an issue when trying to edit a document while someone else is editing. The feature does allow users to access the document and save it, however, you are unable to see the changes happening in real-time until you refresh the page.... which can result in a loss of edits and information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is an excellent knowledge base tool that Keeps documentation well organized and in a single go-to location. What is mostly great about this, is that it enables sharing and insights across different departments, which makes it easier to understand the process and steps. Confluence is like my own little Wikipedia/Google search for the company I currently work at because it is literally the central resource for all documentation within the company and I don't know what I would do without it... I also think it is very reliable and robust, user-friendly, and easy to use.
Sole source of truth for the knowledge of the company
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations. You can complement the tooling that is available with third-party solutions. You don't get stuck if you need something the basic package does not provide. Also, the Linking with the Jira Ticketing System can help to track stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can think off is that document formatting can get quite limited. For example, no fonts. Plus, the default font is not adequate for extended reading. Serif options, or even a specific well designed font for this particular product, would be a plus! In case that fonts are available, I didn't find where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sole source of truth for the company's knowledge base. When someone in the organization needs to find something, the confluence search finds the correct document or at least relevant ones.
Excellent documentation solution for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is very user-friendly, so there is no need to spend time and money on employee training and learning.
Integration with other collaboration tools.
The user interface makes it easy to setup, navigate, and use.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has a good search engine by syntax but not by context.
Limited mobile functionality compared to web-based.
