absolutely love the app
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to put all training materials in one space and easy for users to navigate through content.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike absolutely nothing at all about this app.

widening knowledge on internal processes and any changes in company processes.
Great place to store notes
What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful to store knowledge base, best practices, and other important documents across teams. Also really helpful for onboarding new coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
the search feature could be built out more - able to search for title of docs but would be really helpful to search key words/phrases within docs

Powerful Collaborative Editor Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of project planning, project editing, multiple notes, task assignments, and accelerated feedback loop are some of the best features

Little complicated for first timers but with time things gets easier

Helping me in project management, task management, and most importantly daily documentation with pre-designed templates. Page versioning and rich text editor are just awesome.

As a sales person, personas templates help us to know our customers as well as their needs and solve them in real-time.

This has greatly promoted our team work.

A mandate tool for any organization to maintain the project repositories
What do you like best about the product?
Helps the different teams across the organization to access the project-related documents securely and update the help documents with regards to the recently completed project and helps the teams to access the confidential information related to projects/access/user-based information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent transition to the cloud version is not user-friendly compared to the previous versions and should allow the users to download the text content rather than attachments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create the respective project-related pages and upload the project-related documents, which involve the login information, documents and access-based information, and database information and tag the individual users to the page so that the user receives the email whenever there is an edit or changes to the page.
Confluence has made organizing team information so much easier!

I like the folder organization system and the easy to navigate menu on the left side

I wish that confluence had a more dynamic search function

Confluence has allowed us to migrate our department's knowledge base from Google docs
Collaboration and Organization of information
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence provides excellent online document organisation and editing functionality. It is a fantastic tool for document creation as well as sharing and collaboration with team members.
The ability to arrange information to my preferences, Sharing thoughts and information to get them out of people's heads and ease to collab at a large scale makes it really the best in the buisness.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to me is that document formatting has a finite number of options. For instance, no fonts Additionally, the default font is too small for prolonged reading. An added bonus would be serif alternatives or maybe a specially created typeface for this particular product! If fonts are available, I was unable to locate where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my organisation, information pertaining to the fundamental process and knowledge transfer sessions is currently stored in Confluence as a library. There, we keep track of the knowledge we learn and share about our own projects. As we became more organised and had more time, performance significantly improved.

What do you like best about the product?
We can create multiple documents, and we have a page history so that nothing gets lost and we have a restore option. Thats the best of it. Also we can integrate with Jira which i like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
While creating document, resizing the columns is some time typical for me. As the text increases the scroll bar displays and goes out of the screen. So it would be good if there is a freeze for columns or word wrap kind.

Its helping me to document nicely in a systematic manner without any hassles. Also we can integrate with Jira which reduces my work
Confluence is like an internal Wikipedia for an Organisation
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very useful tool for writing documentation for all projects within an Organisation. Moreover, one can add comments on a particular Confluence page. It is great for keeping all documents at one place for everyone to reference,
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation and searches can be made a bit more robust and accurate. Sometimes, after searching for a particular keyword, the page seems stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handy tool for documentation and agile workflow. The page versioning and history features are the icings on the cake. It also allows collaboration features for different team members working on the same project.

A few times it's difficult to search for a particular topic because of too many folders.

Helps in training new employees as they can find any source here required for training.
