Using Confluence for Business
What do you like best about the product?
It effectively organizes our internal company resources and it is a one-stop shop for all things related.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is kind of clunky and it can be difficult to navigate to submenus under the more easily accessed larger headings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes all of our items in our internal database and allows people to get marketing content and documents.

What I like the most about Confluence is the simplicity.

If your database has many many articles you might experience slow website response times.

It allows my company to have a huge database and knowledge center.
A platform to track and manage workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, searching and getting instant results a day lots of customization options. The ability to track and manage updates is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page tree should be more creative to customize the viewing and the option to quick share within the organization with seamless integration of pictures,text and graphics would be better

Enhancements in decision making and overall cost
Useful for creating runbooks and also have team related documents in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about confluence is that the various teams in our projects can create runbooks and store documentation related to their projects. This is best because if we are stuck on something, we can quickly jump on to our project's confluence page and get the required information.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not able to have constant access to the page. Like if one user is working on access-related issues, other users are losing their access without notice. This creates a hassle because we have to raise a ticket to access the page one more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using confluence has vast benefits because we are working on a support project and require runbooks and documentation to refer to when solving new tickets. When we come across a new ticket, we can easily hop on over to the confluence page and search the topic, and we will easily access the required page with all the details. We are also able to store installation procedures for the various tools that we use on a day-to-day basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is the best product to manage your Daily discussion and keep your Important notes or projects, you are working on .it's very easy to make pages.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything flaw as such because it's designed perfectly. Reports are perfectly built tables organization all things are best. it has all the potential to replace MS_word And PowerPoint from the market

A great solution to manage all your documentation
What do you like best about the product?
We love the interface, it's clean and intuitive, and we use it for creating workflows and international documentation for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were fonts to choose from; the default font is okay, but for short docs but for those large documents, you can get eyestrain after 30-40 minutes of reading

It helps us organize all of our documentation in one single place, and at easy reach, you can find exactly what you are looking for in seconds, saving precious time for our agents.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to get started for everyone - from developers to product/project managers to research interns. Provides a suite of integration such as with Google workspace, Jira, and Slack to ease workflow and project management. Confluence delivers almost everything you need to write an amzing technical or non-technical documentation and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While free to begin, due to per-seat pricing it becomes costly as the team grows. The mobile app and the Mobile web are also not on par and are not very intuitive when compared with the desktop web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration on project details, documentation, and wikis. Create and re-use customized templates as per your specific business and product needs. Make private/public spaces, invite other team members with granular access controls.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with JIRA helps us ease the use of confluence, where we can directly see the issues as a hyperlink. Also, using filters in conjunction, we can now set up pages with report filters with live data instead of going to JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations when it comes to customisation of pages, adding pages etc. The user interface is not that simple; the user permissions are a bit complicated and not that easy to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our software business to keep all relevant documentation, be it PRDs, code snippets, graphs etc., in one place, which can be directly accessed from JIRA tickets at a glance rather than opening different instances to check individually.
