What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best part of using Confluence is its ability to facilitate collaboration between teams. It allows team members, regardless of level or location, to quickly and easily access any shared document or content in a central platform. This can save time by eliminating potential back-and-forth emails to gather and discuss information. In addition to supporting collaborative working practices, it also helps to keep track of ideas for further development within projects - allowing users to easily review notes taken at a later date, should the need arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate it when Confluence's page editing is misconfigured and displays incorrect values, which can prevent tasks from working as expected. There are also small, interrelated problems when trying to understand the assigned tasks. Designing a site with limited access can also be a problem if you're not the designated administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Confluence because it helps me find faster and easier ways to plan projects. By using the pre-built templates, I don't have to waste time creating documents for activities like taking meeting minutes or evaluating our work to date.
It is a good tool to share knowledge across the company
What do you like best about the product?
We can write documents like style guides, coding standards, and architecture decision records to share knowledge. Apart from it, we use it to write documents related to Scrum Events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I lose what I am looking for. I want the Keyboard Shortcuts to be optional, not enabled by default. I don't use them and I make many mistakes unwillingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to share the documents about Scrum Events and rules we should follow across the departments. It is also useful to document the onboarding processes.
Easily Searchable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find subject matter based on the user-friendly search tool at the top of the confluence page. I also like the pre-loaded templates which gives you a place to begin. t
What do you dislike about the product?
The help section is not intuitive and therefore not as user friendly as it should be . Makes it hard to find things if you are unsure what exactly you are seeking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
central depository for all departmental information
It is a nice tool for documents that can be integrated with many other tools
What do you like best about the product?
We used it a lot for the work. The company decided to minimize Google Docs and use Confluence. It has a nice searching feature; you can bookmark/pin or add favorites to the documents you want to find more accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, many things get lost, probably because of the large amount of documentation we try to have. Even if I add favorites, I still don't find them as accessible as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share documents related to the scrum ceremonies of the teams, like standups and retrospectives. We also write postmortem documents when there is a problem to investigate deeply and share with others. Additionally, we have the rules and style guides documented in it.
Greatest Project Documentation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've found that Confluence is an excellent tool for managing project documentation and organization. It allows for seamless collaboration among team members with a sophisticated and structured approach. Additionally, its remote-friendly workspace makes it an ideal choice for any organization to streamline its workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that Atlassian will take the initiative to purchase and integrate some 3rd party add-ons that can add value to their pricey solutions like Confluence. It would be much better if the core product came with integrated add-ons rather than leaving it to the end user to figure it out. Atlassian has so many great features that often go unnoticed, so they could better guide users towards discovering them. Whenever I say, "I hope Confluence can do this," one of my colleagues usually has a solution we can implement. Once you understand how these features work, they are generally quite user-friendly. However, Confluence's query language can be pretty cumbersome, so I'm glad that Atlassian has developed a visual query builder to make the process easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence can help with these specific business issues and generally increase team productivity and efficiency. Confluence enabled my team to work more productively and deliver better results by offering a central location to store and exchange information.
Use Confluence to build a comprehensive information base
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Atlassian Confluence because of its seamless integration with other applications and software suites, such as JIRA. Not only is the platform incredibly useful for facilitating information sharing in organizations, but it also allows me to easily find all the critical data needed for successful collaboration across multiple online sources. In addition, I am impressed by how user-friendly Confluence's interface design is - a highly intuitive system served up with attractive visuals makes navigating through this software an absolute breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered a few issues with Atlassian Confluence that I am not particularly fond of. Sometimes page editing does not work as intended, input is not displayed correctly, and it can be difficult to visualize how tasks should be completed properly. Accessing additional features such as permission settings, schemas, or editions usually requires an experienced administrator due to the complexity of setting them up and using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team stays organized with Confluence easier and more efficiently. When searching for important information, I can quickly locate the exact content I need without having to search endlessly through a file system.
Astounding

It provides me the option to have information readily available for educational purposes. It has been my bedrock to have information and updates for our product posted to me
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no concerns for now as it has been amazing and easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has been really helpful to have knowledge about the products provided to me/
Confluence as knowledge management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Capability to allow team members access to upload and manage documents at one place, links and articles in a well organized way. Other tools like SharePoint are sometimes cluttered with too many features and difficulty in organizing due to their heirarchial folder structure pattern and access management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Word and other documents cannot be directly opened in the web page and editing feature is not available, have to download and then upload after editing. Improvements are required in supporting multiple documents upload in one go and ability to edit simple word formats in the web page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing a teams knowledge base and other documents in one place with quick access and control by admin. Teams are more productive this way as they can arrange documents topic wise and share links directly from the page with others.
Confluence is for teams of any size and type,
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is an excellent collaboration tool that allows users to create, share and collaborate on various projects. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use, with a wide array of features that allow for seamless collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, they've fixed my biggest cons, like storage space (now you can buy a bigger plan) and they keep adding more things. I think my colleagues would say there's still a learning curve, which is understandable, and I think Confluence has been changing the interface with more tips and features for new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is quite inexpensive for what you get and it's super powerful. I really love the quick, accurate search results. The macro functionality and new "Slack" style slash commands are really cool. The notification system is very nice, especially the @mentions.
