Team collaboration Simplified!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent knowledge-based collaboration tool to track and document project progress. Features such as indexing of topics, shared threads to documents, customizable APIs make it highly user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to expand the product capabilities, integrating with other software could be an issue as the support and trainings are limited. The interface could be a liite faster with intelligent functions like MS applications; overall the feel is a little old school.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several projects running, and not everyone was on the same page with a few things. Confluence helped us to save time by providing all the knowledge material to the tagged people. It makes the entire process a little proactive.

What do you like best about the product?
I began to use Confluence after being hired by my current company. For the first months it was irreplaceable tool to find documentation and instruction. Everything was organized into question trees and folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say it was really user-friendly, it was a little bit difficult for me to get used to the interface. I would propose to introduce an online automatic assistant which would provide some options if user is stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team members have created a detailed tree of FAQ and it's really handy when it comes to troubleshooting.

Best Documentation Software on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence allows for a well structured documentation, any subtopic and is documented by creating new pages and embedding links from bitbucket and tagging Jira issues is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
As compared to google docs it lacks the feature of shared editing and it misses out on some advanced editing and integration with other non atlassian tools is non existent. The experience with any atlassian product is complete only if you buy sister products too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is a documentation software which helps a lot in knowledge transfer which is a must to learn any codebase for new employees, by tagging bitbucket links we can directly see the code explanation while visualizing the code.

Confluence makes it easy to collect, structure and share information. You can view the history of a page, and be notified about changes. You can edit graphically or by using markup.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more useful templates and some of the structures they recommend don't make sense to me. Extracting a template from a collection of pages would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence facilitates the sharing of information which benefits me by letting me learn about topics in a self-serve way.

I like the way it provides to manage documentation and important documents and policies of an organization

As far as I have used confluence I don't have any problem with any of its features. It is perfect place for someone to explain their thoughts

It is providing a platform for an organization to store crucial information about the standard processes it follows. By providing some privacy feature user can keep note of their or team specific infromatio nas well

It's a tool for work-life balance with simple access, faster response and load time.

All features are positive. If you ask me one dislike, I would say more macros must be available.

effective method to store data and communicate ideas with in my company and share it with our customer

The ability to create similar name documents, makes it hard to find the correct document

A repository for plans, schedules, ideas, specs in a collaborative manner

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence helps me to document the different projects I work on. It's great that it's integrated by default with Jira. Once you learn to use it, it becomes essential. It can easily become the most important repository of information in the company, you can manage access, share pages, it's really very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Confluence can be really difficult to understand for someone who has never worked with this tool before.
An effort has to be made to organise everything in a certain way to make navigation logical for new users.
In some occasions, I have seen difficulties in granting access, you may need to work better on the way these are defined.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent resource for creating reports on any organization-led project. Additionally, each page on Confluence supports user comments. It is ideal for centralizing document storage and facilitating information accessibility for all parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be desirable if searching and navigation were more reliable. Following the entry of a search term, the page may remain static.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instrument useful for record-keeping and efficient procedure. The page history and versioning capabilities are the icing on the frosting. In addition, it provides tools for team members to collaborate and communicate while working on the same task.
