Platform with great features for maintaining documentation
What do you like best about the product?
We get almost every option required for editing and creating effective documents, and we can place everything in one location, which can be highly accessible for the team. Also, it supports integration with JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User interface is not interactive while creating documents, and the documentation is unclear. It is complex for new users to build pages. The price is also a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Confluence to maintain a Knowledge base for HR Data Warehouse. We keep documents about each module's technical and functional parts for each module. We can export the documents if required.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the spaces are categorized. There is a search function per space; if I can't find the article I need, I can also use the primary search function in the upper right corner of the page. I also like that we can leave some comments on the articles. The date on each article on when it was made, modified/updated, helpful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching is problematic as it shows a lot of results. Navigating through the spaces is sometimes challenging because it does not open right away. Internet connection might be at play. Overall it is a beneficial tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our client mainly uses it as our knowledge base, where we search all the articles we need to follow to help us in every scenario we assist. It helps as it is a one-stop shop for all the guides and articles.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Confluence shows the last update or change made with one article or policy implemented. Confluence helps our organization be on the same page on a day-to-day basis. I like how it allows us to bookmark the most helpful and most used knowledge base we use in our everyday lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you cannot search for the same knowledge base you need using just one keyword. If you enter one or two words, multiple results are shown. Even the article you will not use shows if it detects the keyword you added. It can be a bit slow and unresponsive at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps our everyday work to be more efficient. Instead of you personally asking about the issue you are handling during work time, confluence serves as your best friend, providing you with the same calibrated information and process that needs to be followed and done.

It is slower and has a more complex architecture than other note-taking and knowledge-base systems. It can be particularly difficult to work with engineering diagrams in Confluence.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By storing all paperwork in a central location, we can easily find the documents we need. We don't have to remember to bookmark every document or presentation on a shared drive, and we can easily see who made updates and when.

What do you like best about the product?
The indefinite idea and use of this platform for collaboration. The ease of storing and documenting information from meeting minutes to personal experience. The dynamic nature of the knowledge sharing app is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more examples and interactive stuff going on. The integration with other apps or something more advanced and innovative. But that is the expectation I keep seeing the diversity of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one stop solution for all the knowledge and information regarding the project. From error reports to the steps for debugging a certain scenario. From Pi planning to implementation planning, it is helping the project in a lot of ways.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a distinctive knowledge-based tool. It is really easy to use, provides all the necessary details, and helps me follow the proper steps in a workflow that is essential for my job. Regardless of the nature of the customer inquiries, I see Confluence as both my guide and my savior. With a few key words and mouse clicks, all the information may be found instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had never used this tool before I joined the organization, so it was challenging for me to quickly get used to it. Additionally, new members may find the UI to be a little perplexing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with access to all of the articles I need for my regular duties as a customer support. You will be able to view numerous articles simultaneously with just one keyword.

It is a tool that helps to get structured and well-organized information for teams and organizations
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's due to the version I am using, but there are a lot of limitations that sometimes can be corrected through the use of plug in's, although this is not ideal as these will imply additional processes to get them approved/installed, internally at the company, plus, support is not guaranteed.

Confluence offers an easy-to-use text editor, document approval workflow, excellent audit trails, and pre-built templates, making it the perfect platform for documenting everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Confluence Premium plan costs the most expensive option. However, it offers more features and can be customized for your team. The Premium plan lets you manage your projects and keep everyone up to date. Additionally, you can add features to fit your project to your needs. The free plan is affordable but has limited features. No need to invest in expensive enterprise licenses. The free plan allows a free trial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence allows you to keep your data in one place while still allowing space for different departments to have separate workspaces. This means that not only is cross-departmental collaboration convenient, but each department can keep its own task lists and files separate for maximum ease of access.

What I like the most on this app is easy to find topics which I really need for every topic that needs to be discussed. can be easily bookmarked and in just a short span of secs, you will be avail to locate what you are looking

As far as experience is concern, I don't find anything bad on using this app. I guess what I can suggest is the color of the app if it can be more lively as how it looks like

What do you like best about the product?
Compilation of articles in 1 software and also being able to comment and send feedbacks or question is really satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface is a bit lacking in user design.

Some articles are hard to find without training before using it
