Team up with Confluence. A top collaboration workspace.
What do you like best about the product?
There so much to praise Confluence for. First is how it bring us together to one common work space giving us the best space for us to work cohesively together and collaborate as a team. There are well and simply formulated self-support articles which make it easy for us to understand how we can maximize our use of the available functions. Again, Confluence always keep all our information and data safe and secure by use of enterprise-grade security features such as encryptions to keep off security threats. Using Confluence to keep our information in a central workspace has been a big boost towards streamlining how we go about with our day to day activities and other big projects. With everything there, it becomes easy to make sure we remain committed to the right direction and we never loose our focus on the things that really matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perfect might be rare but for me i believe i have seen perfection in Confluence. My entire journey using this tool has been nothing short of remarkable and magical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found a safe workspace in Confluence which allows us to come together and collaborate effectively on our projects and other tasks within our organization. Confluence has played an important role in our organization by helping us connect everything and everyone so has to have a common goal line and point of focus. This has really transformed the wat things are done helping gain an upper hand in terms efficiency, conveniency and productiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence provides a spread of crew collaboration solutions that are very essential for the productivity boom. It's extraordinarily less expensive and reliable. It's a must-have tool if you want to gain absolute manipulation over your team's overall performance. The platform is out there to all users and features a sincere interface, permitting our agency to install shared workspaces where employees can efficiently complete a wide variety of assignments. It's steady, and it facilitated the simple expansion of our holdings. Confluence may be very consumer-friendly so no need to spend money and time on worker education and getting to know. It is a time-saving device inside the agile undertaking lifecycle reducing heavy documentation and guidance. It has better customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There becomes a hard getting-to-know curve for a number of our less tech-savvy clients to grow to be talented at the website online. Some customers may also find it inconvenient that customer service is handiest provided in English. Little hard to integrate with Azure DevOps. Even though this is a completely clean to apply the device, sometimes the navigation isn't always so easy to understand. Users can't see edits in a file in actual time like Docs in Google Drive. Lastly, some formatting options are pretty basic, a few or more alternatives might be appreciated.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like the templates that confluence offers like the content writing template, product roadmap template, software architecture review, to-do list, and especially the 'writing guidelines' because this template provides me instructions on improving the voice and tone of my written content, the writing principles, and tips & tricks. Also, documentation writing is easy on confluence as my seniors can easily put their comment on the doc itself and I get notified everytime. Similarly, when the comments are resolved, they get notified too. So, Confleunce has made content writing, management, and review easy for all of us.
Recently, I unlocked access to Confluence whiteboards, which is so far a great collaboration tool, though I am still exploring it. These are some challenges since it's new, but I am learining about the features, benefits, and every important thing about this Whiteboards. There are lot of other good things like quick link sharing, Q&A, space creation, and tasks distribution, that I cannot explain separately it a single review, yeah but Confluence is definitely working for us.

In my experience, customization is difficult on Confluence. Using the existing templates are the only option for those most of the users, customizing them according to the project needs requires brainstorming, time, and collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has simplified our previous approach of creating technical documents, organizing different pieces of content, project collaboration and more. Also, it has allowed us to integrate popular apps like Jira, Google Drive, and Google Chat.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Confluence internally. It's helpful to find projects or FAQs. We use Confluence also for project handover summaries especially if there's someone who is going to have a long leave.
What do you dislike about the product?
No really a dislike but user interface could be updated or something? Confluence is a great app actually and aside from the UI, I don't think there's something I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FAQs and we easily find them with Confluence.
Here to stay
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using confluence for as long as I remember. There is no platform that allows to create an internal wiki better than confluence. The long lasting reputation and quality from atlassian never let us down.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used confluence server for a long while before we made the call to move to cloud. Due to reasons likely of our own the server version was never 'fast enough', however if done properly it can be a very powerful tool. Cloud version is definitely better when it comes to managability and speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We document every process, app, service, vendor, and many more using confluence. It is essential not only to our tech team but also the entire org with everyone documenting all sorts of things relevant to their departmnets.

Confluence - Information overload!
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a great place for coming up with all the needed details, be it MoM details from a very important call to an internal documentation that is used within the team or to an external documentation exposed to general public as well, it is the best tool to keep up with all the data.
To top it all, it provides various integrations (both internal and external) to fetch details from various sources of information.

What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence isn't that great when the content on a page is getting developed from more than 2 people at once, it lacks a lot of ground when used in this fashion. Needs serious improvements in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is solving the problem of knowledge sharing and the content overload within the organization altogether.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great collaboration tool and very useful to share knowledge across different teams in the company. It has the native integration with Jira that makes project collaboration really great.

It's not as intuitive and easy to use as other collaboration tools, but it has great power. The docs is full of information, so after a bit of training, you can enjoy all the features

It helps my team and my company to have a centralised knowledge centre to keep it updated and open to everyone. It really helps the collaboration among teams and reduce time in looking for knowledge that is stored somewhere
