Confluence for all the managing all the company related knowledge base
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful editor that comes with a lot of in built very useful editor like Software design document, how to, status reports etc
Supports various code sytles like Java, JSON, Javascript, GoLang with syntax highlight in the editor which makes it very visually appealing and useful for developers to create the powerful knowledge base.
Since its from Atlassian, it has a very good integration with Jira for creating the status reports, dashbords etc
Its parent-child relationship between pages, and abilty to create secure pages ie with restrictive access is very useful

What do you dislike about the product?
Its search, its not providing the very relevant results and have to bookmark a lot of pages
It can suggest and improve the writing using the generative AI which is supported in most of the tools
It should also support question answer styles(like stackOverflow for team) this would reduce a lot of time to find the uptodate and relevant content in efficient manner, this is very important in old and large organization.

Improving the way enterprises manage all their knowlee base for evry department, for example from engineering to sales to makerting to product management

Powerful wiki-like tool however does feel laggy sometimes

Seems slow and cumbersome on very large datasets

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of documentation stored in a single place that everyone can access to, also user authentication so some documents are hidden from view for users that do not need access

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different templates provided by Confluence to create different types of documents for our products. The clutter-free UI is the main advantage of Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading speed becomes too slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple internal products and we keep our knowledge base documents in Confluence. All the product-related documents are kept in a single place for better management.

for me nothing i dislike about confluence.

Using it for creating PRDs and other technical documents
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using it for quite some time now and it's best when it comes to the technical documentation. I am using it for creating PRDs, Functional documentation and BRDs. Apart from these we have integrated this with Jira for better tracking of the epics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not faced any issues ever with Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me in creating my technical documents which involves a lot of flow charts and tech specs.

What do you like best about the product?
The abiliity to link pages and assign variables to pages to reference in parent pages. The amount of plug ins is really nice. It's template features are also really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each page is pretty limited on formating, tables explicitly are challenging to work with.
It'd be really nice to beable to embed an excel/google sheets style table.

it helps organize our information both for programs and for department best practices and processes
Great Tool for Documentation and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
We can have different pages for different things and have different types of content on them like PPTs etc. It's very easy to create pages and edit them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no cons as far as I'm concerned

It solves the problem of maintaining external documents for the company
