Easy to implement but rigid wiki software
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a relatively easy way to post and share information across teams. It is clear for non-technical users and is approachable for anyone at an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find confluence easy to customize or intuitive to navigate around - both of which have been key features of successful wiki softwares that I've seen used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Confluence as an internal wiki and content management system. We use it to keep track of current state of product, business relationships, etc, and it is intended to be a reference guide for employees who are new to the organization or new to a product/project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a pre-build, pre-managed wiki solution, confluence is a good choice. Especially if you use it in accordance with JIRA, its a useful way to manage an organization.

Work Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the layout of confluence. Every department can have their own space to publish documents that are relevant to their teams. When used properly an entire organization/company can collaborate and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that it can be a challenge at times to find useful information. This is manily due to the execution of the user and not confluence. People can post random or not relevant documents and creates challenges when trying to find the best resources.
