All project teams can publish our docs and wiki in Confluence

The ability to integrate with other Atlassian products like JIRA to pull reports automatically.

Lack of theming support and support for standard markdown formats.

Automated project and program management reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stands out if you have other Atlassian products integrated, however decent wiki tool by itself, albeit quite expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
simple, easy to use, the best for documentation and not only. Can be used also for a different situations and works.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. At this moment it's perfect and I hope continue be simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a repository of my invoice, my documentation, my log activity.

Confluence is the right way for creating a single point where information can be reached.
Helpful, but takes a bit to get used to

The different article templates (ie, how-to, blog post, etc) are very helpful, and the system is very easy to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you aren't using a template, or are trying to modify an existing one, it can be difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to keep everyone in the loop, and provide a platform that the team can view/contribute to without a high-level of programming knowledge required.

I love the way you can organize information, see updates of other projects on the team, and create different spaces.

Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate and figure out where to find what

Great place to collaborate and store shared information, meeting notes, calendars, etc.
Robust and easy to use but limited functionality
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use. We use it in leu of intranet for manage all marketing collateral and related sales training. You can create menus and easily upload material of all kinds. Limited but useful role base user management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited functionality. For example, the search is limited and not stellar. The look and feel is very rudimentary and does not give us the lure I would like Marketing to have. You can add text but it's all very basic.

We are using it as intranet for Marketing material.

Robust for rudimentary intranet.

What do you like best about the product?
We use confluence for requirements elicitation ,project planning and collaboration.In combination with Jira this comes out to be the best tool when it drills down to realtime fast feedback.we use it for all our project needs , plugins are available commercially as COSTS and support is awesome.Confluence and Jira are like two sides of the same coin great for collaboration and task management.

It is sometimes very difficult to find new features , could be made more intuitive

We manage project budgets ,allocation ,forecast and functional aspects here.
