It is a great software to include all the information regarding a company for the employees to use. Easy to search and tabs are organized based on most helpful information.

Simple and Powerful Knowledgebase

What do you like best about the product?
It is a quick and easy place to store information about features, procedures, team information, or anything else. It is also all easy to find since it has a powerful search feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little strange now. It took me a bit to get used to it after using the older version for so long. That is my only gripe since it works for everything else I need in a knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized Documentation. This allows my team to have all of the information for their roles in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is an instant yes if you are using any other Atlassian product.

Easy to install and deploy, everyone can use it

Does not allow for one login, must login to it and our network

Have one spot for all docs, instructions, how tos and that sort of thing, more organized

I'd say the user interface needs some work but most software needs that. :)

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and easily accessible. If anyone needs sales materials or HR policies or whatever, they can find it on Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence is practical, but not pretty. It doesn't look or feel modern and it's boring in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to keep materials that are commonly used by large groups of employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out and see if it will work for you. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done.

You can keep all of your stuff in one area and toggle between JIRA and Confluence
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability is not great, it is hard to keep maintained and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use this for notes, plans and anything dev related in one area instead of a Google Doc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have someone who owns it from the start to help with maintenance of the pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the notifications feature most that If I show the interest in any channel then I kept updated with any change in that pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my changes got override so need to improve that merging feature. :(

1. We keep notes of meeting on confluence
2. Keep user stories to finalize between team members

Great WYSIWYG editor, easy for people of all skill levels to effectively communicate business requirements and documentation.

Search is not great. Can be difficult to find things if not familiar with the layout

Consider documentation structure before jumping in and writing.
