Great way to organize and share documents and relate them to your tasks in JIRS

love the product. Do not have any dislikes

Each team has their own space to upload, comments are easy, additions are quick, votes and Q&A is effective

Sometimes is too over-complicated, a more clear and simple GUI would be better

Get it with Jira, other than that use it like you would Wikipedia

adoption is a key, need some trainings and help to adopt it quickly

Easy to use and access by any device that can access the cloud.

Formatting and data links are still a bit hard to use. A better editor is needed.

Confluence has a very easy and intuitive interface and it just works.

Its very easy to use, intuitive, clean.

sometimes it goes down which is not useful since we rely on it so much.

We use it to spread information internally, keep things organized, have a central location to store information, training, etc.

I like the linking to JIRA. Once you get used to how it's organized, it's useful.

A little hard to figure out the new features and how to use the system. Would like better training / tutorials for new users. I dislike the table features.

We use confluence as a wiki to create use and test cases. We find the historical information and archiving features helpful.
