The ability to easilly collaborate on projects and documents and easilly share across teams

difficult getting admin to add new members to groups

its really good product, its almost similar to wikipedia and it has good integrations with jira. the access management is a bit messy in corporate but i would still go with it.

access management is painful in corporate implementations

make everyone collaborate and avoid too many word documents and ppts

wiki format is great. There are APIs to connect other systems too.

Older documents are not easily organized and removed. Cluttered.
