Maintaining Wiki in Confluence for IT project.

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard where I can link documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its good, but if formatting editor could be similar to word or google doc experience that'd be great. I felt difficult to create a table, and update them on confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a Wiki page so that all my team find a single source of truth for my project.

Confluence Review as a Project Manager

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a Project Manager, I have been using JIRA and Confluence for 3 years now. The best thing about Confluence has to be collaborative space where the development team and clients can have access to documentations and scope prepared and more. I think this makes both us and client to collaborate and share ideas easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Confluence is a bit tricky to organize for me personally. Creating many types of documents and idea sharing from both client and development team can create clutters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem solving feature of Confluence has to be maintenance of project documentations which are accessible to everyone within the team. And since, they are attached in Confluence, we can just search it up and review them whenever required.

Great for understanding parent-child document relationships, but limited elsewhere

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of editing documents makes the experience straightforward. The ability to integrate documents (such as pdf files) into Confluence works seamlessly, allowing for amalgamations of documents (of same or different filetypes) to appear together, alongside additional user text
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of visualizations and general UX can make it difficult to understand the complex relationships between various items. Additionally, if multiple people are working on the same document simultaneously, the changes are not visible in real time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team neatly store documentations, thus allowing for a unified library of our collective efforts

Create, organize, and share knowledge and documentation efficiently.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s excellent for documenting processes, creating shared knowledge bases, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned. I particularly value the integration with Jira, which makes it easy to link documentation with ongoing work. The version history and inline commenting features also make collaborative editing seamless, while maintaining transparency and accountability. Overall, it supports both individual productivity and team knowledge sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Confluence is that support can be slow at times, and the admin interface feels cluttered and unintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps solve the problem of scattered information by providing a centralized space for documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. This improves team alignment, reduces repetitive questions, and makes onboarding and project tracking much more efficient.

A central hub for documentation and team collaboration

  • July 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes it super easy to create, organize, and collaborate on documentation in real-time. The integration with Jira and other Atlassian tools is seamless, which makes it perfect for Agile workflows. I also love the rich editing features, templates, and version history that help keep content structured and traceable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI feels a bit clunky, especially when navigating large spaces or searching across multiple pages. Performance can be slow with large documents, and the permission settings can be confusing for new users. It could use better analytics or page engagement tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps my team centralize documentation, ensuring everyone has access to up-to-date information. It replaces scattered docs in Google Drive or emails with structured, version-controlled content. It's also great for cross-functional collaboration between devs, QA, and product teams. This leads to better knowledge sharing, reduced onboarding time, and fewer communication gaps.

Making Knowledge Management Simple with Confluence

  • July 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Confluence is how it centralizes all project documentation and team knowledge in one place. Its collaborative editing, powerful search, and seamless integration with Jira make it easy to keep everyone aligned. I also appreciate the flexibility of its templates, which help standardize processes while still allowing customization for different teams.

Additionally, I’ve found Confluence to be easy to implement across our organization, with minimal onboarding required for new users. Their customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. I use Confluence frequently, as it has become an essential tool for daily collaboration and project tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Confluence is that the interface can feel cluttered at times, and some features—like advanced formatting or permissions management—require extra steps that slow things down. It can also be resource-heavy, which makes loading large pages or spaces slower than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of scattered documentation by providing a single source of truth for all project-related knowledge. Instead of relying on multiple tools or buried chat threads, I can easily find technical specs, design documents, and meeting notes in one place. This saves me time, reduces miscommunication, and makes collaboration with my team much more efficient.
