What do you like best about the product?
As I work on Live Projects, Confluence be a very much Useful Platform. which helps us to manage/Create all the Docs very Consisely. and in addition, now they have provided Rovo AI, which is really helpful to summarize the whole Document which really save my time.

it is very Easy to use and also provide the Direct Integration with Slack which makes it Even better on Frequent Base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Confluence is very Useful Platform, but the History Tracking can be even Better.
Actually, few days ago, someone has just removed some portion of my Manual Step in Confluence Page. to find who has removed that i really wasted my 30-40 mins to check all the versions. in place of that if i have any feature which can directly show the change like 'Diff Checker', it will be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In My Organization, we mainly use Confluence pages for all the Tech Docs. also on Live Projects it's used to maintain Pre/Post Manual Step of our Project. in place of maintaining PDFs for the same, Confluence provide direct Editability and Easy Access of the Document

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share documentation, peer reviewing documentation and knowledge sharing between teams. It was extremely easy to set up a space and quickly migrate our documentation to Confluence. We´ve found a great uptick on frequency of comprehensive documentation since using Confluence. It was easy to integrate team members into the system. We also found the customer support experience to be great, as any roadblocks we ran into were quickly remedied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always the easiest to navigate between different spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of clarity on how our IT systems function, onboarding new members of our organisation and being able to easily track progress over larger conceptual epics.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes it easy for teams to collaborate on documentation in a structured and organized way. I appreciate the intuitive page hierarchy, real-time editing, and seamless integration with Jira. The search functionality is robust, making it simple to locate specific content across spaces. It's particularly helpful for creating internal knowledge bases, meeting notes, and technical documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Confluence is powerful, the editing interface can occasionally be sluggish for larger pages, especially with complex formatting. Permission settings can also become a bit complicated when managing multiple spaces or user groups. Additionally, the learning curve for new users could be improved with more in-app onboarding guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps our team centralize project documentation and internal knowledge in one accessible location. It eliminates the need for scattered documents across shared drives or emails, reducing duplication and improving clarity. This has improved onboarding, cross-team collaboration, and reduced time spent searching for information.

A powerful collaboration tool for documentation and knowledge sharing

  • July 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes team collaboration incredibly smooth, especially when it comes to documenting processes, product specs, meeting notes, and internal knowledge bases. I love how easy it is to create and format pages using templates. The integration with Jira and other Atlassian tools is seamless, making it easier to keep project documentation and tickets in sync. The search functionality is strong, and the ability to link pages and embed assets makes everything feel well-connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core features are solid, the interface can sometimes feel a bit clunky and slow—especially when working with larger pages or loading lots of nested content. Permissions can also be a bit confusing to manage across multiple spaces, and page versioning sometimes creates unnecessary noise. The mobile experience could definitely use improvement
