Effortless Content Management with Great Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I find Confluence very easy to use and navigate. The preset templates in Confluence are what I use the most, and they stand out because they make creating content very easy. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more AI features and capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of not being able to easily access information and lack of visibility between departments. It helps us stay organized and clear across the company.
A reliable knowledge base for smooth workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is very effective as a centralized knowledge base. At Coinbase i used it to access workflows and guides that helped resolve customer issues quickly. The structured pages made it easy to follow step-by-step processes, ensuring consistency and reducing errors. Its search function also made locating the right information faster which saved time during high volume cases

Nothing but I found everything good for confluence

Confluence centralizes workflows and policies making it easy to quickly find the right process for resolving customer issues. This saves time, ensures consistency and reduces errors in handling risk cases

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create and organize documentation with Confluence. The page hierarchy, templates, and search functionality make it simple for the whole team to collaborate and find information quickly. Its integration with Jira is especially helpful for linking documentation directly to projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Confluence can feel slow, especially with large spaces or long pages. Managing permissions across multiple spaces can also be a bit complex, and the interface can feel cluttered for new users until they get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps centralize all team documentation, knowledge, and project information in one place. This reduces time spent searching for information, ensures consistency across documents, and improves collaboration between team members. By linking Confluence pages to Jira tasks, it also provides clear context for projects, which enhances efficiency and decision-making.
best for me in lesson planning for my classes
What do you like best about the product?
the best thing i like is having all the lesson planning for my classes or upcoming classes at one platform so i dont waste time digging through endless websites or platforms and also its ai features really help in having the same plan getting structured and looks very official. it makes my work smoother as everyone can see how structured and proffesional my work looks.
What do you dislike about the product?
the thing which i dont like is that it can feel overwhelming if there are too much files i am working at the same time and can feel a little cluttered too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving the problem of scattered lesson plans and disorganized notes by giving me one central space to create , store and update everything and upload in a structured way since i mainly use it for lesson plannings.
Working with Confluence has its ups and downs.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can cover a lot of work within the platform without alternating between other platforms. I used to use it everyday before we changed platforms. The customer support is very friendly and they assist you wherever they can. It is easy to implement on Confluence unlike some other platforms. It's easy to integrate on Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may require you to be quite the technical user in order for you to fully utilize the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, we were able to cover a lot of ground using Confluence. We got to collaborate on projects, document any updates or new discoveries, I was able to update the Knowledge Base and manage my cases accordingly.

I like the way that the platform organizes everything from meeting notes to product documentation, with flexible page templates and real-time editing.

It was a bit overwhelming when I started using it for the first time.

How user friendly it is, the ability to easily export/import information, and especially it's cohesive integration with Jira.

I don't have many bad things to say about it honestly but sometimes formatting a page to look nice can be a challenge.

Everything in one place is best part of Confluence. It organizes team documentation very well. Centralize project documents makes it easier for people to work togather and keep track of documents.

Gets complicated when there are too many links on same page. Also larger documents with many images and links delay performance.

Confluence editing experience sometimes gets slow if multiple working on the same document and is prone to errors.
If the documents are not organised properly, it's very hard to find the specific knowledge when spread across multiple documents
The page does not update in real time for multiple developers, which can lead to data loss

It helps us to organise a vast amount of documentations in one place and the collabractiona and knowledge sharing is very easy with it.

Confluence is very user-friendly once you get started, and it’s easy to implement across teams. I really like how it centralizes documentation and makes collaboration seamless. The wide range of features, along with its smooth integration with other tools, helps us stay organized and productive. I also appreciate that it’s reliable for daily use, and whenever support is needed, the resources available are helpful.

At times, the interface can feel a little complex when trying to format pages or adjust layouts, but once you get used to it, it works smoothly. Overall, it’s more of a learning curve than a real drawback.
