The best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Transparency to the entire team, very good and easy to understand the user flow, Complete and easy project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was good about the product. I couldn't find any flaw in the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped create an effective communication channel with all the project stakeholders, transparency amongst the project stakeholders regarding the project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
it is very user friendly and therefore simple and accessible
What do you dislike about the product?
it's pretty simple, nothing to dislike so not much to write here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am using it to write story boards in place of old CRF/BRD documents.

It's a good project management tool, could be used cross functionally across a larger company

It isn't to user friendly in the aspect where it can offer more demos for new users/first time users

Some problems are project deadlines that are coming up, great tool to utilize to track progress throughout larger projects.
Some general benefits is that it created a platform where collaboration is much easier

Project documentation and Sprint Progress
Confluence is an irreplaceable Business Documentation Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence has brilliant templates, to begin with. The idea of having 'Spaces' and pages' trees inside Spaces, makes it super easy to navigate documentation. All the available internal features like 'Table of Contents' getting populated by itself, the 'Search' Input Box, 'Gantt Charts' to name a few, are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike how Notion reacts to copy-pasting, Confluence seems rigid. Selection is much easier & practical in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are extensively solving the problem of Documentation with Confluence. We started with documenting Tech only, but now our Operations are also well-documented within Confluence Spaces. The feature to create separate 'Spaces' for different departments, within the same Atlassian subdomain is super useful.

It is extremely easy to use. For both the page creators and the people looking up the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel clustered, with too many child pages

It is easier to document our processes and information, for all the team members to look up during work.

Works Great for Internal Knowledge Base Development
What do you like best about the product?
The editing tools are simple to use and intuitive. The ease of using macros to perform various actions like searching, content trees, anchors, expand content windows, and more is very helpful. The ease of collaborating on projects with other team members is excellent, allowing for a low learning curve for new users. The ability to save locally various files types and media allows for quick access without having to use external drives like Box and Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed, at times, that files are missing, and some links become unlinked for no reason. File sizes for uploading are limited in the file size, so on occasion, we have to link out to a secondary storage drive. Sometimes the macros are not perfect, and we see duplicate pages using the content tree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled our global support teams full-time access to critical knowledge to help support our customer base.
Confluence solves my problem. I am able to share knowledge with my team.

I can search topics based on a title. I can also include an entire doc with details
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to be specific/exact. Many subjects/topics can have different "names" . I hate that I cannot add tags ( I don't think).

Sharing knowledge with my team. This is useful for sharing debugging tips and tricks with my team and department.
Excellent Templates & Team Training
What do you like best about the product?
The usefulness of the all the business strategy templates come in handy for my job. I also like that I can share with my team to make it easy for them to view at their leisure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more options. Kind of feels like an Aldi which is nice I guess to avoid choice overload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really improved our team collaboration. It's saves a ton of time with all the templates. Very through design and can see updates team mates are making in the activity feed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It comes highly recommended and you will see why once you use it. It's ahead of the competition and even beats teams in my opinion.
Great platform to share content internally

UI and layout, search functionality is great

Spaces are hard to find sometimes, and editing can be a bit cumbersome at times.
