A Complete Replacement for Google Docs
What do you like best about the product?
it is complete replacement for google docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of editing features. Should have more editing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Confluence for our regular Tech Review Meeting (TRM) and RCA docs. It is easy to use and I find it better than any other Documentation management platforms.
Essential Tool for Secure Business Data
What do you like best about the product?
We use Confluence to do business collaborations along with project manager of different departments. This software enable us to exchange information from each other and also take proper notes, when the meetings are being conducted. This is the tool that manages our all business data and make sure that it is secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenge that I have been facing from last few months is its software layout because all the data that it shows in its dashboard are really complex and it becomes difficult to understand the graphs and analytics so if they can make the layout of the features and data separately then that would be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is a latest software that is important for our business because most of the meetings are incomplete without its data securing features plus the collaborations that we do in our meetings are done with the help of this tool only. So, I would prefer it to other new entrepreneurs also as this has been one of the most resourceful software that we have been using for our business

It is easy to use for creating content and maintaining your documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine leaves much to be desired, making it extremely difficult to locate anything. Trying to find what you need can feel like a nightmare.

Having all project information centralized in one location serves as a single source of truth.

This is a solid document management system. From a front-end user perspective, I found it easy to use, visually appealing, and effective. On the backend, setting up accounts, pages, and projects was also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system can become sluggish when multiple users are connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform made it easy for our teams to share knowledge, document meeting notes, and maintain a knowledge archive without any hassle.

- It can be a bit challenging for new users to grasp all the features at first.

This platform offers a well-organized approach to storing documentation and content, while also providing secure options for sharing both content and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor offers fewer formatting options than modern documentation tools, which limits creative freedom. Enhancing these features would allow for more flexibility in creating content.

Creating and storing technical and non-techincal documentations and forming a knowledge base for storing and sharing information within and across teams

What I appreciate most about Confluence is how simple it is to document and share information with my team. It’s very effective for storing notes, guides, and updates all in one central location, making it easy for everyone to find what they need. I also value the ability for multiple team members to collaborate on the same page and leave comments, which really supports alignment and knowledge sharing. Overall, Confluence helps ensure that information stays organised and easy to access.

The editor feels a bit slow or clunky, especially when working with larger pages

We make it a priority to keep all our product documentation centralized. This includes technical guides for developers, user manuals, and even additional support documents, ensuring everything is connected and easy to access.
