What do you like best about the product?
Conversation is good and specific plan for continuing improvement also if it will be free to discuss agreement points for discussion thanks alot for you guys to discuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive and Short time to study also if there are a love conversation to be more real and good for every one also this review is mandatory for the same reason

Honest opinion about ELSA
What do you like best about the product?
I've been learning with Elsa for months now and I can see a significant improvement of my fluency and pronunciation accuracy. I'm really happy for that, thanks to Elsa.
What do you dislike about the product?
In master intonation practise, sometimes it sounds unnatural but getting a quite high score. It's also a pity that ELSA doesn't support standard British English pronunciation. I find it really hard to get a high score with my accent. I feel like being forced to use American English everytime I practise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
apart from learning with Elsa App, I'm also learning from an English teacher with a British accent, and I also spend much time chatting with friends from the UK. Therefore I can tell I'm heavily influenced with British English. Because of this, I've got a little issue with Elsa's pronunciation feedback. Especially British diphtongs such as /əʊ/ while Elsa often recognises as /au/, and /ɔː/ which Elsa recognises as /ou/ instead. It can be problematic at times like when I said 'bought', Elsa heard that as 'boat'.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is amazing app to learn English speaking and pronounciation. I am very happy to see this app because it will help me a lot to make me better in English pronounciation. I highly recommend this app to learn pronounciation.if anyone want to be fluent in English speaking he/she must be download this app and practice daily to make his/her pronounciation better. Moreover this app really teach in your native accent of English

What do you like best about the product?
ELSA is the best language app. It uses AI to replace a teacher, making English accessible as never before. The leaderboard system with Leagues is cool and motivating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is room to improve UX. I think the learning process could be quicker and more "iterative". For example, the recording could start automatically, as well as move to the next exercise if I hit a good score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm improving my English speaking skills. Previously, exercises like this were possible only with a real teacher; with ELSA, I can practice more flexibly for a much lower price. Also, it would be nice to have a web version so I could practice on my desktop.

Charged me starting the 1st day; the leaderboard is fake

Mistakes in pronunciation of words are clarified very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You claim that an invitation from a friend will grant me a free month of using the application. This is not true. You charged me the full amount for the quarter starting from the first day of using the app. Further, if nevertheless users are invited by friends to the application, maybe it is worth creating a table of achievements between them? And finally, what's the point of having a leaderboard if people are cheating? Here you can clearly see that points are collected by several people on one account. It is impossible to score 15 thousand points in 2 days.

I can practice wherever I want, and I can receive instant feedback on my progress. Also ELSA prioritize my more evident pronunciation problems.

I would like to have better diagrams of how to place the tongue while making certain sounds that in Spanish for me are the same.

I really like the personalized analysis ELSA made on my pronunciation skils, so prioritize those problems have help me a lot.

I've found very useful the feedback on my pronunciation, intonation and fluency.

For one the visual feedback. It shows me where my difficulties are so I can try to work hard on them to improve them.

Sometimes I found that some levels are too hard for my abilities and it seems to me that simpler exercises before them could improve my skills.

When I started with ELSA I had no speaking skills at all. So I think pronunciation, fluency and intonation are the issues I have improved. Nowadays, I can speak to native people and they can understand me without major problems.
