Intuitive, Intelligent Security
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is an incredibly intuitive platform that doesn't require third party support or services to setup or maintain. The hardware is reliable and robust. We push the limits of that IP66 rating here in southwest Florida and everything continues to work great.
The AI insights from Rhombus are amazing and help our security team become much more intelligent with actionable insights.
Our IT team loves keeping the footage in the cloud instead of maintaining an on-premises NVR that needs to be perpetually maintained.
Overall, Rhombus is smarter, easier, and less costly than any of the other security platforms I have ever worked with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rhombus is still a relatively new company, but it would be great to see some tighter technology partnerships and a wider offering of accessories for mounting the hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is giving us a higher quality live image to users in our SOC as well as remote. We are also using the enterprise features for historical lookup and analysis without having to maintain an on-premises NVR.

I can zoom in I can 360 the camera and I listen in when ever I need to is always high quality and great resolution.

When it signs out random but besides that everything works well

What do you like best about the product?
The price point for the product is unbeatable. I work in education and feel that for orgs like ours, Rhombus Systems is a top option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more polish on the interface and we have experienced some issues with the bullets. The rhombus support is team is actively working on it.

Great Cameras with Intuitive Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the web management portal. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any major dislikes. There are some features I would like but they update the software with features consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safety and security are always top concerns in my field. Rhombus helps us identify issues quickly as well as having features that help us monitor for specific situations. The ease of expanding the system with new devices helps us add coverage quickly without a lot of fuss.

What do you like best about the product?
What's not to like, the quality of the cameras are fantastic but the simplicity of the product is what sold me. Registering the devices and using the dashboard is a breeze

Nothing so far. This is really a great product that I'd recommend to other school districts and businesses in my area

They cover more surface area than our old system, we can cover more with less cameras

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus systems found a local installer who got out within a week to install our new systems. All the cameras work great and improve our security and peace of mind for our business. They have deterred possible theft and helped us provide local law enforcement with footage of attempted break-ins. The camera system has even been useful in documenting a confrontation between two employees that we were able to provide to HR and identify the instigator in the incident and take appropriate action without fear of the employee attempting to retaliate against us.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there isn't anything I dislike about the systems. The initial package seemed pricey at first, but the amount of loss it has prevented, as well as the ability to record, clip and save incidents that have happened on site has proven this system to be a worthy investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a reliable security system, that will send managers or owners notifications through their cell phones that allow them to receive and monitor motion alerts that the cameras detect. This gives us peace of mind, knowing that the building is secured and monitored when we are away. We have also used the system to understand how long some customers had to wait before getting service on a busy day. We've had customers complain that they waited 15 minutes in our store before being waited on, but our camera showed they were here for less than 2 minutes, which allows us to defend ourselves if they decide to leave negative reviews on our yelp page.
Secure, Robust and Data driven
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things is fast alerts and good uptime. We benefit from the reliability, customizations, and levels of security/configs are a bonus. We use for multiple clients. Very happy with services and alerts well ahead of time for scheduled upcoming system maintenance windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be better, but for the level of security and the platform and dashboard features, it's really tough to list real dislikes here.

Accountability issues and keeping the site secure was an issue before deploying Rhombus.

The ease of use for the end-user is well thought out.

So far, I have found nothing that is difficult or that I don't like.

Basic interior and exterior security. The system has many capabilities that we will be adding over the next 6-12 months.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support after sale is what keeps me here. The customer service the company provides is excellent.
Great ROI on a Camera System!
What do you like best about the product?
With many outdated cameras in place, our organization needed a robust and flexible CCTV camera solution that not only provided great features and functionality but also reduced our footprint in a very small server room. The Rhombus solution made this transition to a new CCTV system very easy by providing us with an IP based solution that allowed for a central management of our CCTV cameras across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial cost for this system can be a bit of a sticker shock, but as you factor in the total cost of ownership over three or even five years, you'll see a greater value in the Rhombus system overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to replace an old archaic analog CCTV system and reduce the overall space that the camera equipment was taking up in our server rooms. We also wanted an enterprise-grade CCTV solution that would allow us to manage both our users and CCTV footage from a centralized location.
RHOMBUS - VALUE & QUALITY
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, cloud features, etc Staff can be easily trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is relatively high, but the quality is superb.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not had any significant issues that were not ironed out.
