Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The reps from Rhombus have been great. Run excellent demos and a great partner to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some miscommunication at times but we solved all of it!

They are helping my customers with their physical security initiatives

Ease of use with software. Easy install, configuration & positioning of cameras

Facial recognition has trouble recognizing the correct people

Determining where missing boxes of equipment ended up.

The upsides of using Rhombus are the tech support and resources offered.

I don't really have any dislikes to offer from Rhombus. I think it's a great offering.

Their support team is top notch. Crazy fast responses and very helpful too.

The setup can be quite daunting if you're setting up in a production environment with specific network rules in place.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus was always very quick to respond my questions or concerns. Cameras were very easy to install and control. The online portal was easy to navigate and search for events was very quick
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the whole system was easy to use and did not require much effort on my part to get it up and running. It would be nice to have an in-app chat feature but that was my only suggestion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our building had a very old on-prem security camera system. They solved all my problems by having the system be cloud-based, remotely accessed as well as easy to deploy new cameras in new locations. The AI features were all just a huge bonus on top of everything else.

Great video surveillance hardware and software - tons of features and great price!
What do you like best about the product?
The system is lightning fast and easy to configure - tons of unique features and capable methods to fully utilize, share, backup, save, and monitor your premises.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AppleTV app leaves a LOT to be desired. As a live-time feed, it works 90% of the time, but there is no review process, and the camera views are limited. It's probably not meant to be a configuration app but instead just live time monitoring. I wish there was a way to review footage on the AppleTV app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The alerts and granular configuration is great - getting the camera access to the right people with little work is great. Sharing videos with people who need access temporarily is top-notch.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access the solution through the cloud, and having support actually work remotely when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features our former Genetec users liked that Rhombus doesn't currently offer (automatically opening camera feeds faces appear on, being able to open multiple camera feeds from the map instead of from a list, controlling the recording of the microphone with a physical button instead of going into the mic settings).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had very poor support from our previous security provider, and had many bills to pay because they required that they always perform on-site visits, then charged us more when hardware they provided failed.
Rhombus Security Camera Exceeded Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup without any special hardware. Plug and play interface. Rhombus console easy to use to configure policies/profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring a live stream URL with real-time steaming was difficult as the feed defaults to buffered view. Issue was resolved after working with Rhombus Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate the Rhombus live stream to our Yedeck Device and create a live monitoring feed for our employees to watch who is in our lobby in real time.
