Great Support!
What do you like best about the product?
I've completed my first Rhombus configuration and it was super easy. When I needed tech support for a camera that was DOA, they were SUPER helpful. The RMA process was great. I'm very excited to work with this product again!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about this product. The one camera (of a lot of cameras) was DOA, but they were very helpful with the RMA process. Thank you, Rhombus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The configuration was very easy and not having to install, configure and maintain client software will be a huge benefit to my company and co-workers.
Rhombus has provided the organization easy and safe security measures.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy for us to look back and identify medical emergencies or other staff concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very easy to use, no dislikes. I have not had any issues seeking what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is assisting the organization in keeping patients safe and assisting us with medical concerns.
We are using to monitoring our processes.

Is possible to monitoring our process and create a movement alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had problems with the hardware and stayed some days without one camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the camera problem, they support us until we have the camera replaced.

the overall ease of the cameras and support is completely outstanding
What do you dislike about the product?
not any downsides i can think of. I wish the alarm monitoring app wouldnt be affected by IPAD updates.

providing that verkada alternative to customers who want a cloud based platform

What do you like best about the product?
Thankful that Kisi recommended the Rhombus camera. The security feels consistent and compliant with our company's needs. The dashboard is very user-friendly. Affordable and practice equipment!
What do you dislike about the product?
i have not experienced any downsides yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the first security system that weve had for our company and it does the job effectivtly. I love the app so when i am away from my desktop I can easily see and get notified about whats going on.

The team has been great to work with implementing a camera and 2 environmental sensors. Their products work great and easy to isntall.

Wish the sensors didn't need a camera to be used

I like the option of Live footage of the sites I manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
When watching the footage, it takes forever to get through the day. The speed option is still a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is showing how employees are taking products without paying, which helps us with the shrink.
Perfect balance between ease of use and advanced features
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is intuitive and easy to use, even for our less technical colleagues. The Apple TV video wall is a great feature, and the support team are responsive and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud-based management inevitably involves a high degree of lock-in, but this doesn't particularly concern me given the benefits of the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our legacy surveillance solution was difficult and time-consuming to use, to the extent that it wasn't worth investigating minor incidents. I also particularly like Rombus's BLE sensor technology that allows us to monitor fire exit use.

As partner, working with Rhombus and their teams are great. Our customers that have purchased the solution love it!

Nothing. The Rhombus teams are great! Their products are great, too!

Rhombus solves customer issues each and every day when it comes to physical security issues. Being safe in today's world is a great concern for most entities!
Out with the old, in with the new!
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is a proactive approach to security. For years our security cameras really didn't provide us with any value. We would review them after an incident, but rarely got any results
What do you dislike about the product?
Their features continue to grow, but I believe there is some more room to continue to build additional functionality around integrations with other software.

Rhombus is providing a proactive self-monitoring security solution.
