Rhombus: UNDERRATED EXCELLENT PRODUCT LINE

The selection, the versatility, the ease of use. Easy to Sell.

Odd selection for camera memory batches.

They are good about helping me stay price competitive.

Cost can be a bit much for those needing a lot of cameras

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI that marks when movement happens in the camera and the ability to search footage based on those movements.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating clips to share it would be nice to have more granular ability to mark points instead of dragging the markers on the timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video is much more clear than our older systems. It allows secure access from anywhere and gives granular permissions for access. Love how easy it is.

Easy to setup, easy to review and pull footage. Great analytics

Rhombus is very easy to setup and get working quickly.

Cameras go offline and SD cards go bad often

Easy to use, excellent video quality, and highly reliable.

Sometimes the alerts are a bit too sensitive and I get them for silly things.

Rhombus helps me keep myself and my staff safe and know what has happened when I need to review information.

Rhombus is an excellent company if you customer is looking to change their cameras & upgrade their camera system.

There is nothing I dislike about this company. They are easy to work with and have great product customers love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have help my customer change the way they look at cameras and their system for the better.

What do you like best about the product?
Support team is there 24/7 to help with any issues you may have. The Rhombus system is also very easy to navigate and will easily tell you if there are any issues. Facial recognition is also an amazing tool to use for properties, which allows you to ever go back and identify individuals when/if needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing has really peaked to dislike, I would suggest the roles tab to be a little different, but after a week learning what all the buttons and custom roles do, It was very simple to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus solves all the camera and security needs for multiple properties we work with. This helps our management and property side employees to review back in time or watch live footage camera of an area if anything was suspicious or needed attention to more detail after an issue comes up.

Rhombus has been extremely reliable as long as I've been a customer. Their technical support is great. Their products are great. The price is fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the license plate recognition could be a little bit better, but I also understand it is highly reliant on lighting, camera positioning, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus provides a low-maintenance camera system for us that doesn't require much of my time to manage.
We love rhombus!

I love that I can go back and see things that have happened in the past, and the fact that even if the cameras are offline, they still record!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Rhombus.

We can go back to any past time and see things that are happening. I especially love the cameras that record in 360 degrees.
