Outstanding clarity and multiple uses and functionality. Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. Every day I simply log in and have access to the whole system. Super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really seen anything that has been negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of surveying campus and ability to give positive accountability for all administrators and security guards. A really helpful resource for safety purposes.
Impressive
What do you like best about the product?
We have a traditional IP security system with 400+ cameras. We purchased 61 Rhombus cameras, and I am blown away by their quality and teachers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen only two problems with the cameras, but one might be on me. I was trying to upload several face shots at one time, but I have only found the ability to upload one at a time. My second would be more of a cost of ownership. I would love to see an educational discount for the yearly renewal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus has given me an economical solution to capturing tags and faces that my traditional system could not do.

I like how easy it is to access and set up

Can only see the cameras looking through the network, if the network goes down so does the camera connection

They are making it easy to view cameras remotely instead of portforwarding a network

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Rhombus has been very helpful in assisting with product suggestions, deals, and demos for the accounts I cover in Louisiana.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know enough about the product features and online platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus' cloud-based security solutions at prices that are attractive to our customers in education. That means more of my customers can afford the solution they need.
It has been an amazing experience, from contacting them to where I am at in the experience now!!

I love the Products and the team I have been in contact with. Very Professional and happy to help my company succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no dislikes or anything negative to say about Rhombus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company desired to bring all aspects of our security under one program. Rhombus has been able to do that. The quality of the support I get, matches the quality of their Product.
Best security cameras in class
What do you like best about the product?
The stability of the platform and the advancement of features and service has scaled well and hasn't disappointed yet. 10 year warranty on camera and advanced AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be more than others but it's really worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI has less false positive alerts for its features. The image quality is also high.
Your billing /charging model does not work with our electrical contracting model.
What do you like best about the product?
We have no complaints about the technical abilities of your product. The video picture is fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here is where our problem is. We are a video system integrator not offering us a 30 credit for payment simply does not work in our world. Any vendor that we have to buy on credit card will not be a product we will push. Your idea of simply taking money out of our account after we purchase product is simply ludicrous to us. So now instead of promoting your product which is what we were doing, when our relationship started. We are promoting other cloud based product. In fact we actually flipped a project from your product to a competitor over this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually at this point in time Rhombus has created a problem and not solved one. Yes we like the way your product performs, and we like the pricing. But the lack of invoicing/billing capabilities severally impacts our ability to promote your product.

Helpful security for our office!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the alerts given during certain timeframe allows us to monitor the office when no one is supposed to be there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications can be overbearing but we have figured out how to tweak that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus helps us monitor our office activity and protect our entrances to the office and in important areas that need to be secure. This allows us to be audit compliant and make sure nothing goes missing or is stolen from the office.
Rhombus makes being away from the office so much less stressful

Knowing who has come and gone in the office
What do you dislike about the product?
Sooooo many emails/notifications about unusual behavior; however, I like it just as much as I dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attendance. Being able to see a report of who has come into the office and the frequency of individuals coming into the office.
GREAT PRODUCT
What do you like best about the product?
An easy low-cost camera that allows us to remote in and view our ghost kitchens from anywhere. Simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No sound on the cameras it would be nice sometimes to be able to hear what they are saying. Also login web address does not stay logged in as it states that it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to be able to view our locations remotely from anywhere. Allowing us to keep an eye on our employees and ensure work is being done and the product is made properly.
