Rhombus Cameras - Excellent Support and Quality
What do you like best about the product?
They are easy to setup, the rhombus support staff is fantastic, and the enterprise features work excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, a little bit of a long lead time on new orders but to be expected in the current markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security, Safety, Being able to prevent fires etc...
Easiest System I have had in my 8 years and countless DVRs with self storage.
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is being installed in 2 phases across 10 of my storage facilities. The user interface is the best part. I barely needed any instruction because it is so easy to use. Saving and reviewing footage is a snap. I have never had a security system where those two items were so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I do not have anything about the system that I have issues with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having actively monitored systems will prevent break-ins. We have not had a break in caught yet, but I am confident it will work.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is easy to navigate and the installation of cameras is not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've found that I would dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with the security of our micro markets.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is very helpful to the partners when working with a client. they always go above and beyond to make sure the client understands and they do a great job with the demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont have anything that I dislike. I wish they had more references in K12 education.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they are able to offer great security solutions to my k1`2 clients at a great price.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI features are the best and very usefull.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been noticing some lags, and I think the '"wallpanel" should be better buffered. We see some spinnings for the camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like Rhombus because we no longer need to keep the NVR onsite. We don't need to take care about updating the NVS and OS.
Great solution for business
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus has been a great solution for our business. We appreciate the interactive dashboard and responsiveness of the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a few hiccups with our cameras; one camera stopped working altogether and had to be replaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus provides surveillance and video storage that we did not previously have.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thig about Rhombus is the technical team behind the solutions - the system design and implementation teams are incredible and fast to respond
What do you dislike about the product?
Rhombus is not cheap - but thats because it is incredibly high quality. Hard to say this is a thing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and the ability to expand systems and create unique and specific tuning for the environment. Facial recognition, alerts, messages etc.
Easy to install and manage. Excellent feature and notification sets.

Simple setup. Integration with sensors and 3rd party platforms.

Cameras are pricey compared to traditional NVR.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service has been fantastic. The Rhombus team is quick to answer any and all questions one may have. The pricing is very reasonable as well.

We do not have any dislikes. No issues with this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus has helped solve the issue of not having security for our storage facility. We now have the option to offer additional security for our tenants.
