Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that updates are sent with movement. Makes it very nice to be able to see things at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small movements set off notifications when nothing is there.

Excellent clarity and AI features
What do you like best about the product?
The facial and license plate recognition technology is highly accurate and valuable for the validation of the arrival of our vehicles at our locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription service cost is a fairly high premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is adding a layer of security for our unmanned locations and informing us when our vehicles arrive at the sites.

Not much it has been great for our company

Helping us identify people and vehicles that are breaking into our locations. Easy link for the police reports
The Rhombas system was recently installed and the process was simple and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of logging into the system through my phone or desktop, and I still get the same experience with being able to review the cameras and alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the initial loading of the cameras can take a little bit longer than desired, but when it does load, it is super clear and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the site being in a rural area, we tend to get unwanted guests. This system allows us to be quickly alerted when they are on-site.
Useful camera system
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and log in, the ability to integrate with access control systems is nice, and it is relatively easy to view flagged events in the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be slow at times, and scanning back through historical video recording can take time and be tedious

The customer service has been top notch, so helpful and on top of everything in such a timely manner.

So far we haven't had any issues or any things we dislike about using Rhombus.

Rhombus is keeping things easy and streamlined which has been a challenge we have experienced through other systems.
Great Addition to our business
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus cameras are helpful for viewing footage daily. The video quality is excellent

No major downsides ive run across so far.

The ability to monitor our supplies and equipment and to keep an eye on office security.
Excellent Product & Service
What do you like best about the product?
Ai Features including facial recognition, open integrations with Azure, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, Kisi etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Excellent channel sales team and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is solving video storage issues for our clients and also costs less than other similar vendors.
Great product at a great price point. The support we have received from Rhombus is fantastic as well

The Technical support if/when any issues occur. Response time is short, and the quality of response is high.

Nothing comes to mind as a result of our current or past projects with Rhombus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a few cameras arrive DOA, but Rhombus had new one overnighted to us to still complete the projects on time.
Very great quality cameras. Very good customer support, on top of everything.
