Best Quality with less network bandwidth and best Cloud Integration

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Support for only DASH protocol
2. RTSP protocol is a must in the industry.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of USE, ID based IP address mapping of the Cameras, Support for DASH protocol.
In dynamic IP address, based on ID it is possible to fetch the IP address.
The notifications about the Camera's operational status.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Rhombus is how easy the app is to navigate, as well as how easy it is to change various settings for the cameras.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer to receive an email or text when a camera is down instead of having to log into the app to see that it's down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RHombus is ensuring we have video survellance to keep our building secure in the evenings and mornings when no one is around.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features is the exceptional image quality. Even in low-light conditions, the clarity is impressive. The installation process was straightforward, which made setting them up a breeze. Additionally, the cloud storage option is a huge plus, as it allows easy access to footage whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I did find the mobile app a bit challenging to navigate at times. While it offers many features, it can be overwhelming for someone who prefers simplicity.

Nothing but a great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use software , responsive account team, quality products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love live monitoring for non-emergency situations. For example, to move people along instead of calling the police.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding issues that come up and plugging security holes we find (such as unsecured entrances, tailgating, etc.)

Rhombus Systems provides a cloud-based physical security platform with cameras and sensors, that is easy to use, affordable, and has strong customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes at this time I am happy with this system.

Rhombus allows me to monitor not only my building, but also a location off campus.

The cameras and accompanying software are great. The quality is high and they are easy to use.

Currently no issues with our services or devices.

Great Camera and Software
What do you like best about the product?
The software for the cameras. It is user friendly, works every time and we've never had any issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had issues with some cameras disconnecting for what seems to be no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to record 24/7 and review footage from anywhere which we were unable to do before Rhombus.
