Extensive line of sight
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me great visualization of what is going on in and around building! The many features and options for viewing footage are great! I love the app so that I can view camers from anywhere I am!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that I do not like about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating a safer building environment! It will allow us to pursue and investigate any issues that may arise, as we will have access to excellent footage for reviewing!
Rhombus is easy, accessible, and highly versatile for daily use.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that is most helpful about Rhombus is the easy set-up of their products as well as the easily navigatable website in which you access the products. It's all very streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only speak for our experience, but it would be nice if the cameras had a few more functionalities built into them to customize how we use them day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is helping solve security issues as well as safety issues. It takes the weight off our shoulders, knowing that we can look back on footage at any time to solve problems.

The downloading is giving me some trouble downloading.

Homeless people, vandalism tampering on the property by the homeless people.

What do you like best about the product?
Working in the Micro Market/ Vending Industry, I depend on Rhombus for technical support with their system and always get great insight and support. I can always count on prompt responses to my issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when installing and setting up the camera system, it doesn't go smoothly pairing up Rhombus' equipment with our client's Internet connection capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One account, in particular, insists on only supplying a wireless point of contact for our internet connection. After dealing with the client's IT department, and it was left up to me to find a solution, I contacted Rhombus support, who put me in contact with the equipment manufacturer, who was able to guide me to the options of a solution.
