What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus cameras have such a robust platform that allows us to run our business model completely remotely. Their integrations and alerts are top-tier in the smart camera industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to come up with a reason to dislike Rhombus. We utilize these cameras and their support team in our daily operation and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working to solve faster notifications (real time) and integration into more applications in the self-storage industry.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate through the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was an alternate for fast-forwarding other than 5 seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to monitor my team when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Rhombus is that itis cloud-based and doesn't require an NVR. The AI features are amazing and make them easy to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far I haven't found anything that I really dislike about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To not have a physical NVR is a considerable benefactor. Additionally the console is easy to use and train the end-user on.
Great Way to Show Progress and Keep Up To Date
What do you like best about the product?
It's so helpful to see the progress of a job site from wherever you may be. It's also helpful in General Contracting to review when certain work was completed. Always helps keep a good eye on the jobsite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much I don't like about Rhombas. Sometimes we have difficulty with the linking of cameras, but otherwise, not much to complain about. Highly recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's extremely helpful to go back to the videos to see progress of the work. It's also a great selling point when we can show timelapse videos of the progress.

The ease of use to the customer is great.

The different level of storage space can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for an easier installation and placement of cameras since it does not need to connect back to a NVR, DVR, etc.

We use it for monitoring and meeting required industry compliance standards.
The Channel and the Sales rep have been very helpful in navigating the sales process.

Easy installation and easy-to-use features. Able to assist with any support issues that come up.

The searching and investigating features are effortless to use. It is a web-based client, and you can also use it on your phone. Cameras are easy to add. You don't have to look through hours of footage to find something, and you can region search or search for a specific color, license plate, or face and track where it went.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think about that I dislike, but this probably applies to any cloud-provided service. If a camera goes down, you have lost your recent footage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to review and track the footage, ensure the right surveillance is appropriate for our business, and protect our campus. We will also use this to integrate into our door locks.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus systems aren't just CCTV systems the suite of AI and enhanced functionality have spoiled me. To locate and disseminate incident video took hours and involved the IT dept. Now I can locate the video and send it to concerned parties via a secure link in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've seen is the larger form factor of thier cameras prohibits me from using them in confined spaces (Like ATMs). This, unfortunately means I need to use a secondary system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Rhombus search features allow me to efficiently pull up the video I need without wasting unnecessary time scrolling through hours of footage. Additionally, the peace of mind gained by uploading people's images and getting notifications of their presence has been a game changer for our organization.
