Easy installation and web access.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive installation with great images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cameras are a bit on the expensive side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Parking lot and student suveilance.
Simple install, intuitive dashboard and great support
What do you like best about the product?
The 360 degree, R360's, reduced the amount of cabling and cameras necessary to view the total perimeter of the facility. The mounting brackets allowed for a variety of attachments that were required in our instance. The dashboard is intuitive and does not require training for the users to utilize and understand. On the one occasion that we required support the tech team was very responsive and settled the issue quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I'd like to see a Super Admin or Tech Admin category that would expire once all the cameras were fully operational allowing for the professional services individual temporary access with full configuration capability beyond the console access feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security for an elementary and middle school requires multiple parties to have immediate access to video images throughout the school simultaneously. Rhombus's cloud based system supplied that functionality without the requirement to potentially open up the firewall in the network to access by others.
Great device
What do you like best about the product?
I love my access to it even when I am away from the office. Being able to screen capture and video capture certain instances has been terrific. It also does an excellent job holding up and withstanding this crazy Utah weather! It's POE cameras in the office are incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only beef I have is that they are big and not as easy to hide. I wish they could be more easily hidden because we have had a few instances where homeless people hit our cameras with a stick or a rock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a lot of break-ins; now, with the camera system, we can identify the people trying to break in and get that footage to the police. Since then, there hasn't been a break-in!

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus has been a fantastic business partners across the board. The Rhombus system makes managing our R230 devices extremely easy across the thousands of properties we service — This is a fantastic tool that our employees and customers both appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface could be optimized for smoother and more efficient navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our package management systems provide secure package delivery and storage options, but without video surveillance, it would be nearly impossible to diagnose delivery theft and other issues with our product.

What do you like best about the product?
cloud-based, easy to install, and most importantly, reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
would love an audio option for the cameras
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to quickly recall video when we need to investigate a situation or allows us to monitor real-time. I love the "wall" feature that can be shared with non-Rhombus users.
Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to view. My office is located in the back so this is a very handy tool for me to view front office activity from my desk

Sometimes it buffers and not real time view

I am able to view who is at the door before they enter the building
Rhombus changed how we manage our HOA
What do you like best about the product?
We use Rhombus to handle all security aspects of our HOA. We are in a high-rise building and have many floors that need to be looked after. We track anything from package theft to residents having issues and more. We have been able to figure out security gaps using our grid and track issues easily in software. Lots of great new things are always coming out as well now. New buttons that let you autimate things as well as monitoring services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is getting high as we start adding cameras to each floor. We love all the options we have for tracking people but when you have two large buildings that can add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track issues our residents have quickly. We can see who took a package from a resident door for example with little work or digging through a lot of video footage. The AI tracking of people and things going on is a life saver. It makes it very easy to keep an eye on things!
Responsive support team, amazing cameras.
What do you like best about the product?
Cameras are clear with minimal hiccups. Good selection of different camera types. Face tracking is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be pricey. Hard to recommend for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many clients in metro locations who need a robust physical security system. Rhombus works very well with other vendors we use, and can integrate into door access systems.
Best Cloud-Based CCTV on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service and overall platform offering are top notch. The Saas costs and hardware are both incredibly reasonable and far outperform other competitors like Verkada.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend interface could use a little work, but is still intuitive. The only real downside is that more installers aren't familiar with them, so finding local folks who can do the install work is tricky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing our multifamily apartment sites and allowing our teams to be more efficient when pulling footage. We also get analytics that allow us to understand how our spaces are used.
The quality and speed is out of this world!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Rhombus, is the clarity. The picture they pick up as well as the speed to which it's available to us to see in real time is very helpful for us assisting customers remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rhombus new to me at this time, and I have not had any negative experiences or any feedback at this time of how it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus allows us to operate all of our facilities out of one main office, but still be able to see what's going on from our sites remotely. If a customer can't get into the gate, or an accident happens, we can see the footage immediately.
