Esay to install, use, and Manage
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and overall functionality. Tested multiple vendor cameras with the same ability and Rhombus came in at the best price with the same functionality as competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There haven't been too many downsides to using Rhombus. The only thing i would say is if you get there custom corner building mounts, they do not come with the proper sealing for wet conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing anyone trying to break in or trespass. Had multiple break-ins and trespassers onsite. We are alerted immediately and able to take the correct actions to stop this from happening.
Rhombus is a sleek, cloud based Security Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface or GUI is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It's great, especially for novice security system users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there was very little that I disliked. I think my only complaint is that as a company, Rhombus isn't as deep into the space as a few of their competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current security system isn't cloud-based, and the user interface is incredibly difficult to navigate. Rhombus is just a huge step ahead in that realm. Their system is cloud-based, so there is no need for on-prem storage, and their GUI is easy to be used by folks who are not in it in a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The people at Rhombus are great to work with, responsive, helpful, and will get on a call to help with sales, installs, and service requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is normal business but because Rhombus is growing so much there are personnel changes, however they are great about letting you know about the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They keep adding on to the product line up with products that naturally work with the current products. This makes it easy for add-ons and allows the customer to have a one stop shop.
Camera setup was very quick. The app and website are very user friendly with ease of access.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access and how user friendly the app and website dashboards are.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot view more then one camera angle at a time.

Theft and break ins.
Rhombus Cameras in Schools
What do you like best about the product?
Well laid out control panel. Easy interface. Some customization is offered.

The status update emails can sometimes get a little bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a system that was less hands-on for the technical side. Rhombus allows us to dispose of on-site servers for our cameras.
Easy to use camera system
What do you like best about the product?
We have been working on these cameras for a couple of months now, and are generally very happy with them. The images are clear. The ability to see everything in a single dashboard is easily done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Apple TV app is a little clunky and tends to peter out every week or two, requiring that I restart my Apple TV (it's a current-gen and fully updated device).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had problems with shrinkage, and the rhombus cameras made it easy for us to monitor sensitive areas at any time, even when we weren't in session.
Love Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is easy to use, fast to setup and manage. Bonus, it can act like a network monitor and alert you asap when network goes down!
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is somewhat expensive, but I haven't really had any issues with it. I guess one thing is I cannot make a clip longer than 1 hour for download.

It helps monitor secure rooms and access.
AI Analytics & Responsive Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the level of features that Rhombus offers. The service is excellent at capturing license plate numbers and identifying facial expressions that might indicate personnel conduct issues. Their analytics tools help hone in on events within a given scope that need to be reviewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web console is the most desireable way to use the rhombus system but it is not as well designed/integrated as the ios platform and would really benefit from more technical streamlining to match their quality product offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is helping our organization identify issues across our multi-state operations that could impact our customers and employees. Their system helps to ensure that no unsafe acts are taking place and that our customers' purchases are being treated with the respect our company strives for.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since the product is over the internet, we do experience times when we cannot access data off the cameras when internet or the network is experiencing issues. The vape sensors are finickly and require only certain types of cameras nearby to send the alerts, which is not cost-effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the advanced features and alerting settings we have been able to secure the buildings much more effectively. We have been able to see clearly and love the fact that we can use them as a second alert if there is unwanted access to the buildings.
Amazing Support / System
What do you like best about the product?
The support tea, is friendly and always able to help, They even monitor the backend and spot issues before the school district I work for has found them etc. The camera quality is perfect as well for what we needed at the schools
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that there is anything that I or my co workers Dislike about Rhombus Cameras / Rhombus support etc they do amazing work and have helped every way possible with the implementation of the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with pricing of course compared to other industry standards around us. As well as having a better system that does not have to have a NVR server on location so it frees up space it also helps with the door propping situation with the rhombus door sensors
