Easiest security camera system
What do you like best about the product?
Been using Rhombus cameras for 3 years at my location, cameras are crystal clear. I can observe the front office with facial recognition. No comparison to other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had any issues with the camera system. Just took me a little time to get accustomed to saving shots and downloading video. Now everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facial recognition and a license plate reader allow me to survey my property and office area better. Knowing when there is movement will enable me to search for a specific time instead of going through hours of video.
Quality Product
What do you like best about the product?
Good cameras. Web interface is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any downsides to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Theft from micro-markets. We have a dedicated LP professional monitoring our cameras. We are finding theft from people messing around at the kiosk ( cancelling transctions etc.) as well as people ho simply grab and go. The web portal makes this relatively easy.
Best security system I’ve used with some small flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Consistency, the amount of time and thought that went into this system really played a vital key to my initial success within a new company being able to keep an eye on everything I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to move or access the cameras as frequently due to outages with the app have caused some hindered approach's to being success earlier on in my career
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't heard any information on rhombus resolving any issues as that is something that is above my pay grade. Internal manager to keep an eye on staff is my primary focus

What do you like best about the product?
Installation was effortless. Reviewing videos and receiving notifications is making me reconsider paying for alarm monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes for my Rhombus camera.

Monitoring my primary entrance.

Ease of setup is what i like best, and ease of console use.

I personally do not dislike much at all about rhombus cameras, always been a pleasure working with th product.

Loss prevention problems have been much easier to control with rhombus.
Best Cloud Surveillance Solution
What do you like best about the product?
We love the Rhombus solution and how easy it is to operate and maintain! Easy setup, user friendly and so many AI features that are easily configured!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still looking for the downfalls of the Rhombus console!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time... With traditional hardware, it is quite complex for users, that do not use it everyday, to use the basic functions of capturing an event and sharing it to other parties. Rhombus makes it user friendly and so easy to operate.

Amazing Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the service team replied back within minutes the AI features are cutting edge and cool!

You can only buy through a partner which is kind of annoying.

No need to monitor for failing hard drives any longer.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to reboot the camera remotely. The saved footage stays available and it can be labeled prior to collecting the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The motion detection could use some improvement. If we could see a list of unregistered cameras that need the locations deleted this would make the service improved as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The camera system allows Luxer One to confirm if our product is being used correctly.
The Best Experience with a Camera System!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Rhombus is the easy end-user setup. its by far the most user-friendly system I have run into. My company has three different camera systems; Rhombus is my favorite. I love the app access on my phone, the retention times, and the ability to change anything I need right from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside on my end that I can see with Rhombus. I love this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus solved several problems we were having with safety and security. Rhombus allows us to go back and watch video footage of any incident on any given day. My company plans on completely switching to Rhombus-only cameras. We also like the fact that we can set these cameras up with the ability to identify certain things happening at certain times of the day and it will send an alert to notify us that there are people detected walking around at midnight when they shouldnt be.
