Love Rhombus - Support is great
What do you like best about the product?
Support is great and dashboard is very easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate you have to go through a reseller or dealer to buy their equipment - I wish I could just buy online and just activate the license on dashboard
I hate that Rhombus list the recommended price for their products and licenses and the dealers have the right to jack up the price and charge what they want.
If I could change anything I would change having to go through a 3rd party...why does Rhombus have a sales team If I cant buy from them.
I stay with Rhombus because of the support and easy to use dashboard only - I cringe when its time to buy another camera....because I am sure my dealer is going to ream me....very very frustrating
Why cant yall sell through Amazon and let me log into my dash board to activate and pay for my license? Do away with the dealers.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus cameras have great reliability with both on camera and cloud storage. The cameras also provide great insight to analytics like car counting and license plate recognition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rhombus camera software could use improvement. Ai recognition doesn't always read numbers and letters in license plates accurately or will ready any numbers as a plate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that rhombus cameras are very robust and have on board storage. The night vision capabilities are also quite impressive. The cloud features are quite useful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus has turned to be one our favorite video recording products within our school district. We have about 8 location/schools and have a mix coax, ip DVR and now Rhombus Cloud. Cloud has been the bdest
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't run into any issues that we dislike about the camera.It has been a very reliable product for us, with almost no downtime other than the power loss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve our security ascept within our school district. We have been using Exacqvision and it has started to become more and more unreliable over time, and our storage needs keep increasing.

The cameras load quickly. They offer a clear, crisp view of whats going on. I love the cameras that have the ability to spin around.

I do have some trouble sometimes with viewing recorded footage. Sometimes it jumps around or doesn't play at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am alone at night when I lock up. I feel very secure when I leave the building knowing no one is around lurking. I can clearly see when the last employee comes in at night, so I know I can prepare to leave. I can view remotely and know our building is secure.
Rhomus is Great!!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The cameras are clear and crisp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive but worth it. Environment Sensors are a bit to sensitive we had had many false alarms with vape and smoke.
Only issue is Rain. But we live in Humboldt. Rain spots on the lens.

Moisture in the Lenses, issue is Rain. But we live in Humboldt. Have tred hood covers and helps a bit.
