Great product, simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I've interacted with a variety of camera systems and dashboards over various roles, and Rhombus is where it's at! Very intuitive with excellent performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have noticed is sometimes "vehicle motion" is still detected even when there is nothing noticeable moving in the frame (not even trees).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an additional layer of security to all the entrances/exits to the office. We require all employees to enter with a unique key fob and visitors must wear badges. Rhombus provides an additional record of all usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus allows us to provide our clients with an extra sense of security for our systems. With a live feed, our clients have access to view their system at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have access to all of our properties that have rhombus with our systems.

Our team is able to review footage for our clients efficiently.

It works great for all of our camera needs and is very user friendly.

I cannot think of any downsides at this time.

- Low maintenace and for the cost, it provides so many features.

- Nothing so far, it's been so easy to deploy. My guys have no issues with it.

The cameras are phenomenal quality and the price is sustainable, which is our biggest concern.

Rhombus Helps Keep our company safe
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use dashboard. It is easy to use dashboard and being able to look up times and being able to identify people has been a big help. We have had some instances where we needed to pull footage and times and we were able to! Big help!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have against Rhombus is the installation of the camers. Some of the building material we use, the tools and screws that come with rhombus we have had to go out and buy proper screws
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had issues of people trying to breeak in, damage our buildings and even employee theft! Since we have installed and have been using Rhombus we have been able to catch people trying to break in and empolyee theft. We have been able to attain the footage from Rhombus and prosicute.

Very responsive customer support, good functionality and integration

UI is ugly. Some latency in pulling footage.
