Leaps and Bounds Above Traditional Camera System!
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy set-up of the cameras, literally plug and play.
Intuitive dashboard for viewing cameras, reviewing footage, and saving clips.
Superior customer service experience. Rhombus goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. If they can't diagnose an issue remotely, they don't hesitate to enter a RMA and get a new camera in our hands pronto.

What do you dislike about the product?
Licenses can get pricey so it's definitely something to inform your management team about. The benefit is not having to deal with on-site hardware and the constant maintenance costs. Having a cloud-based system is a tremendous asset.
Sometimes we run into connectivity issues where we loose coverage because the camera lost connection.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a traditional coax and DVR surveillance system. The camera footage was extremely poor, the system was difficult to use, and was out of date. You also had to access the system on-site from a single location. Rhombus is leaps and bounds above our old system.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use! It gives me easy access to the on site cameras.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rhombus does require extra verification however it keeps the company safe!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor the cameras in the lab while we are on-call and not in office.
Very Effective
What do you like best about the product?
How fast it is. I can look up videos about what may have happened throughout the day in seconds and it even shows when there was activity so I don't need to look through hours of footage
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more colors on the lights of errors or issues the camera may be facing instead of using the same light and just blinking in different patterns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving our issues by having a stable and secure connection of video footage for our systems.
Functional and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to use and is quite functional. The tools available work as they should.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the fuctions take a bit of time to get used to, but with a bit of training, it's quite simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing a construction site 24/7.
Excellent Cost Effective system
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in getting everything set up. Simply had to run ethernet cords to locations with equipment, and plug it all into a router. Didn't have to worry about any DVR system to set up or maintain. Easily accessable on both a mobile device and web browser extremely handy as well. Have Had multiple systems and usually had to pay someone to install, was able to install this system on my won.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up front cost seemed intimidating at first, but once your factored in the cost over a 5 year period it wasn't bad at all. Certainly not the cheapest system, but you get what you pay for as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operating a Transportation company we have ALOT of vehicles in and out of our property. Being able to associate license plates with both employee and company vehicles has been a game changer knowing when soemoen who should be on our property is there.
Decent Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud native NVR, cameras are decent quality, makes my life easier as the VMS is offloaded to the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI not as nice or as intuitive as that of Verkada's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a cloud based security camera solution because we have a very small, niche use case that we wanted to keep outside of our main security camera system. It didn't make sense to go the traditional on-prem route for just a handful of cameras. Rhombus made it quick, easy and painless to spin up the handful of security cameras we needed.
Does what we need
What do you like best about the product?
Lwide view on cameras, fairly clear view, fairly easy to search video without watching it all
What do you dislike about the product?
When viewing in faster speed it doesn't actually speed it up, it skips ahead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to run Open Gym access without us having to be in the facility or paying out additional labor
Benefits of using Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is helpful because it allows me to check on the premises no matter where I am working for the day. The interface is easy to use so anybody can work with it without facing much difficulty, if any.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides I can think of off the top of my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping keep our property secure and gives us an idea of what is going on site at any given moment without needing to be physically present at the building.
Rhombus is very useful and user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to look into the lab and other sensitive areas without having to physically be there which allows for greater flexibility with on-call scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be a little improved but is still pretty good overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to view our alarms remotely through the cameras prior to coming in to the lab/office as well as monitoring assets in case of incidents.

Great to be able to have a visual of what is happening. Better serve our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy at times but I'm not sure if thats on my end or Rhombus!
