Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly! They couldn't have developed anything more easy to navigate through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I absolutely love this program! Just a few clicks and I have created my case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small community bank and when I have a customer that says a teller didn't give them the correct amount of cash, I can easily pull up video and zoom in and see the exact denominations of currency.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that i can acess the cameras any time day or night. It makes it easier to work with clients having evidence to provide them with concrete proof of insidences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it woudl have a feature that would alert companies of criminal activity and also allow us to share the feed with our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is making it eaisier to pinpoint theft and giving us advantage over our compition to keep cost down and shrink to a minimum.
Clearest Picture that I have Seen
What do you like best about the product?
The picture quality is amazing - I like the tracking and facial recognition of the software as well. The night picture is clear as day as well. I have utilized other security camera systens and they are so slow. This will make my job a lot easier when having to turn any footage over to police officers or review any events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any yet. The only thing that I saw was it saves a lot of one person's face but would not allow me to name just one and associate it. It had me name everyone of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it offers security through out our temporary leasing office - we are expanding this to the actual building once it is built. I feel incredibly good about the product and the ease of use.

Nothing i dislike about this system. It is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole Rhombus team has been great to work with and easy to understand during our transition from a competitor to them for our security camera needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any aspect of their service that has been subpar, just one camera that we would like to have vehicle detection included, but we're now looking at other options in their lineup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 360 camera gives us complete area coverage of our sites, and if we need license plate detection in any particular instance we can always add another R400 fir that.
Great camera system for heightened safety & security
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to playback video footage and direct to times when there is movement on the camera. Don't have to sit through long periods of reviewing when needing to review possible issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using the camera and video system for about 6 months and I haven't found anything is dislike about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cameras catch when there is movement. We're also able to catch license plate numbers for cars coming into our lot. We've had catalytic converters stolen off of cars in out lot in the past and haven't had any issues since installing this camera system.

Customer support has been very helpful during the time I've been a customer of theirs. Also, the user interface for the admin console is very good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the thing I like the least is the year-over-year cost of having an enterprise system like this. Employees often complain about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to know who came in and out of the buildings. As well as after-hour surveillance in case something happens as we have had cases where items in our yards were stolen.

It is useful for monitoring our students whereabouts throughout the building and it assists with investigation efforts when needed.

It logs out often on our monitoring devices. So we have to log in regularly.

Rhombus is easy to use and manipulate. It also gives a clear video of footage.

It gives us a clear eye of the campus that we need to watch on.

That it continues to record despite internet access.

Not being able to tell an additional way whether the problem is power or internet based. But love love love the product!!!
