Great Products!!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to install and sell. Their features are what I like the best.

Nothing to dislike about Rhombus at all.

Cuts down on having an NVR on site!

Rhombus is a great system to view multiple places at the same time.

It can sometimes be slow or laggging, but this could be a network issue.

Rhombus allows me to monitor or review multiple places that I can't physically be in.
Sturdy and Reliable Cameras, Setup is a little difficult
What do you like best about the product?
The physical installation of the cameras is rather easy, and once they are correctly installed, they are very sturdy. The cable connection also feels durable and weatherproof.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, and the cameras I used, there is no way to adjust the pan, or tilt of the camera through software. In other words, once you install the camera and point it where you want it to be, you have to remove the glass cover to change the camera view again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is our security solution to video surveillance of all of our corporate offices as well as our storage areas. Due to the volume of our storage, we often don't see missing items until days later. Rhombus allows us to check footage from days in the past due to its saved capacity.
Works Great for our Business!!

Rhombus is very easy to use. I really enjoy beingable to go back and verify patients via security.

Cant say that I have found anyting I dislike.

we are able to see the feeds live unlike other apps

What do you dislike about the product?
the reliability of the cameras tends to be a problem for our jobsite. Each camera appears to require its own craddle point, since these cameras are often outside the cameras tend to fail often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows our construction jobsite to have live feed of the jobsite. This is only open to a few members of the team, and can be used to see existing conditions, old conditions that may have caused a problem, etc
These cameras are incredible!
What do you like best about the product?
These cameras have also helped the admin team with view of things that have happened when our school cameras have not been sufficient with clarity and positioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet! They have been a great asset to our camera systm here at the school! I recommend them!

Helping us view events that have occurred for clarity in investigation.
Smooth setup and highly functional
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is knowledgeable, responsive and walked through the setup with me. The system is also very impressive and can do everything you need for surveillance.

There may be too many options at times but you can use as much or as little as you want.

Rhombus helps us to monitor the people in our 24/7 facility even when staff are not present.

Ease of communication, desire to help, big public codebase with samples. They value good architecture and aiming for top notch tech.

API is complex and a bit hard to start over.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is top notch. Many skip over the detail when choosing a security camera provider. Have worked with dozens of ip cloud camera system, I can attest that their customer service is at the top of the ladder.
Their technology, specifically, cloud-based analytics is cutting edge, but at a price point that won't break the bank.
I recommend Rhombus to any business looking to migrate their old on-premise security system, to a robust, cloud-based solution, as well as businesses looking to install a security solution for the first time.

What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have a doorbell camera yet, but I believe they are working on this. I might be mistaken.

They provide a near plug-n-play solution, which reduces install time greatly.
