What do you like best about the product?
video saving is awesome with the program
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is not sound when viewing the videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our safe school and being able to review footage.

What do you like best about the product?
Cameras just work! Easy to install and maintain. Portal very intuitative. Support is fantastic and quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works, and works very well. We are very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers like the superior quality and ease of use.
I really like the Rhrombus system. There are very few flaws.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to access. I like the map feature for finding cameras. I use it on a daily basis. I like being able to save video.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to play video in reverse at different speeds. Currently, I can only skip in reverse for 5 seconds at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus helps me clear up facts about situations when I am not there to see them for myself. Even when I do see things in person, it allows me to go back and remember what happened.

But I love about rhombus is that the AI detection system installed in it has made reviewing camera footage 10 times easier

I wouldn't say I have any dislikes at all about this product

Rhombus is helping me solve camera footage by when something has happened and who did it

No video downloading on hard drive and there should be a solution to access when power is down

I love how easy it is to navigate and to find What I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothers me is every time I log in I have to click yes to stay signed in but I never stay signed in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Rhombus helps us solve is when we need to help a tenant and figure out what gate they're at to open it remotely it helps us see them and verify that they are at that gate.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup was super easy and the camera quality is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer to be able to plug in my own serial numbers when registering them to the console. The QR while it worked well. It's kind of awkward.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive to use, no learning curve nd it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues yet, for some of the more technical changes I work with our IT team, but for me it is very straight forward.

By using Rhombus we have eyes on our properties at all times, more cost effective than having an onsite guard.

It is user friendly and easy to view real time but also review past events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, my account would kick me out every few hours, but now it stays up all day wihtout issues.

If a student or teacher tells me an incident occurred, I can confirm it on video.
