Awesome Customer Experience and User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer experience is top notch, and they follow up for any questions during the entire process. When we hesitated to do it ourselves, they recommended a superior installer at an incredible rate. We did not have to fight or negotiate on pricing, they brought their best offer to the table.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with Rhombus, we enjoy the security upgrade of our system and the UI is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a locally stored NVR and this cloud based system allows for 100% uptime and no waiting for parts such as an additional storage drive.
Cameras just work.
What do you like best about the product?
The plug and play setup is nice and the ability to own the hardware makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure about how comfortable I am with having all of the footage only stored offsite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides great coverage for a remote office location away from our main facility.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus offers a web-based dashboard that is easy to navigate. The mobile app also works great, and it is very functional for a school administrator to access the district's camera system outside of school hours or when the principal is not at the school location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zooming capabilities on the standard cameras are not very good. I am sure we could have upgraded, and the zooming capabilities would be better, but I expected even the middle-of-the-road cameras to be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The web-based and mobile app dashboards allow me to access the surveillance footage easily.

the object recognition and searching. The license plate recognition is far better than competitors we tried. I was most impressed with how skewed the angle of the lens could be to a moving plate, and still be recognized. the logic chains in the alerts are useful, but i absolutely love that saved footage and the gathered faces/plates are auto saved/retained for a year unless seen again.
What do you dislike about the product?
i had a customized demo camera have a failure that i sent it in, they couldn't duplicate the problem and sent it back to me, and sure enough it has been working fine.

The app is easy to navigate, even when accessing it online, and the 360-degree view provides excellent visibility. I love how it identifies equipment and human outlines, making security management much more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say recurring subscription costs and no local or limited storage capacity on cameras. Also, I did not see an option of a PTZ Camera but that may have changed.
