Reliable, supportive, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Great quality, user friendly product, access on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Rhombus is the ease of the software. It is simple to go back and review footage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdoor cameras at night and in the rain is hard to see sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main office camera has facial recongnition and our property camera has a license plate reader.
Rhombus is our choice for Security Camerea

Camera Quality is Great! Our Security officer really likes them.

Rhombus has been used for protecting our community!
Rhombus is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI features that make searching for clips a breeze, and the UI is easy to understand. My admin are monitoring the feed daily, and I have no complaints from them. The vape detectors are very accurate, once you get them tuned for the restroom. The support service is very friendly and they are quick to respond. Install was easy, and using the app to register the new cameras and vape detectors is streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
HVAC systems do have false positives, as well as body sprays and cologne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the safety of the students.

I love that the cameras can rotate. They are so clear!

i really dont dislike anything. they work really great

We work at an elementary school. we are able to go back and find out how a student got hurt etc.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I've found it easy to navigate the various feeds and footage provided by Rhombus. I was able to find what I needed to without a tutorial or walkthrough just by looking around the system. I was able to pull any footage I needed easily as well. The tech support provided for initial setup was polite and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automated features are difficult to use because of the amount of noise in the environment that produces false positives. Something like tracking human or vehicle movement is great, but if your camera catches a view of a road, you can't really make use of that feature on the exterior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After houring monitoring and video documentation storage. If I need footage it is there, and the system lets me know if there is anything unsual going on after hours.
Reliable Security Footage
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do investigations and go from one camera to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is not a desktop APP to use. I have to go to the website and login and wait for the code. The iphone App is useful but for business a desktop app would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving theft or any other member issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to scan through time in both the app and the web browser. There are times in my job that I have to look back at footage often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't move the cameras without opening the covers and adjusting.

Giving me full 24/7 access to my classrooms and the entire facility.
overall this is a great Product

I like having the ability to go an review footage with ease and create videos from this

Sometime the system gets a little lag and causes slowness in the system

we have had trucking brokers trying to make claims and we were able to prove we loaded truck correctly thanks to this system

The app makes it so easy to aim cameras!!!
