Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
That I can go back and still hear the audio as well as the zoom capabilities

There is nothing much i can dislike at the moment as Rhombus has been meeting my expectation

The availability to download the videos easily and to navigate through the security policy on each user.

The abilitly to have hands on access to view campus activity is great. It has helped to ensure that campuses are safe.

Currently, I am satisfied with the program.

It has allowed us to determine the types of activity occuring during non regular school day hours.

There is not much to dislike. Just having to look at all the different cameras, but the system is very user friendly. The company provides any support that is needed during installation and will the continued use.

We are using Rhombus to monitor the use of vaping in our restrooms.

The ability to zoom in on vehicle plates is a pretty cool feature.

The facial tracking is a nice feature, but not always accurate.

Tracking associates across multiple cameras is a benefit.

Accessibility of cameras from personal cell phone and electronic devices, while away from the office.

30 day camera footage expiration. However, you can save clips.

We are able to track down residents who commit community violations.
