Best Hi Def Cameras OUT THERE NOW
What do you like best about the product?
The software and setup with apple tv is amazing and simple. The camera definiton is outstanding. I use these cameras daily.
Implementation and integration of the cameras into our business was quick and pain free. Customer support is top notch!

Nothing. Rhombus is perfect as it is so far. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Theft is GONE now.
Rhombus has helped me keep an eye on my warehouse at all times through the day

The apps interface is easily accessible and very user friendly

One downside to rhombus is the app has glitches every once in a while and doesn't catch the notifications

Rhombus School Review
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small school district, and decided to go with rhombus cameras for a security grant that we received. We have been pleasantly surprised at how amazing the camera system works and how easy it was to implement. We then decided to finish out our camera project through rhombus and went with their Access control platform as well. Having everything in one system has been fantastic and the support from their team has been phenomenal thus far. I am happy that we decided to go with rhombus as our security provider for our school and feel that they are well equipped to help secure our district.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have any dislikes towards our system or rhombus. Full transparency, the only hiccup we had was with fulfillment, but rhombus rose to the challenge and went above and beyond in order to support us. Their customer service has been top notch and we have been very pleased. If there was ever an issue, they would reach out via phone, email and by text message. This is a great company and highly recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a few bugs, with our access control. I will say, these bugs have been handled in a matter of 24 hours and it was like they were never there. Rhombus support has been phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Installing the Cameras is a breeze. Just plug it in and scan the QR code to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing :), we have been very happy as a reseller, + we haven't got any dissatisfaction from our customers.

Monitoring secure rooms, checking hours of entry or personnel

Being able to go back in time to review footage. The ablility to change speeds to save time.

Allowing staff to monitor students and behaviors of students in real time or with the ability to rewind.
Pros and Cons of Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
Cameras are clear and in almost perfect positions for each area. I use it everyday to catch theft in Canteen Markets, it's easy to clip shots and to figure out. It's one of the few applications that I've used that I don't have to contact customer support for.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaints are that it signs me out without warning and I don't always remember where I was watching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us catch theft in our Markets at various locations, by catching it in action we can get in contact with out clients and get our money for stolen products or inform the clients of misdeeds happining in their breakrooms.
System is good, but camera clarity is not the greatest when zooming in.
What do you like best about the product?
The 360 degree view I get when looking at the cameras.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clarity of the one angle cameras versus the 360 cameras is not as good.

Helps me monitor problem areas on my campus' when I'm at a different location.

Easy to use! I am not very technically capable, so it is nice to have a platform that is user friendly.

Nothing yet, I have found all of the interface to be easy to understand

I am able to see many parts of my school in order to provide safety to the children and teachers

What do you like best about the product?
The software is great, gives me a ton of info when I need it. It can be strange, sometimes I get movement events showing in the scroll bar, sometimes nothing, makes it hard to find certain things sometimes. And it changes on a whim as far as I can tell. But overall, I really like the hardware & software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The installers they used for my area are terrible. I've been trying for almost 2 years to get them back here for support & upgrades. I've given up on that end. They sold us on one set of features, & delivered a much inferior product, and they don't seem to want to take accountability for that. Again, this is on the local installers, not Rhombus. Just be careful who you have maintain the system.

Catching people who are illegally dumping. Security deterrent.
